🚗 Transportation: The transportation is very convenient, the red line subway is downstairs, and it is also very convenient to go downtown
🍃Environment: There is a Starbucks dunkin dounut nearby where you can buy breakfast or something. The hotel is very new, the decoration style of the lobby room is good!
🧹Hygiene: I stayed for three days and cleaned up every day, I am still very satisfied!

This is a great hotel. I felt very safe there as a single female traveling, and there were so many restaurants and bars close by. If you’re going to the convention center, it’s an easy walk from this hotel. Some hotels now don’t do daily service and use it as an excuse to do nothing at all, but the staff still came and made up my bed and cleaned up any trash. I appreciate the dedication to keeping things clean while also being conscious of the environment by changing the sheets and towels constantly. I would stay here again for sure.

Great hotel with very accommodating and friendly staff. They looked after our luggage before the room was ready so we could go to Sam Adams brewery, let us linger in the room an extra hour so we were not sitting at the airport all day. I love this new option of choice hotels. Hotel was just off the subway making getting around Boston a breeze. The cement ceiling in our room was a little unnerving. But otherwise the room was modern, very clean and nice. Good amenities.

Cold shower, nobody answered when I called to fix, nobody fixed when I submitted web form. This is the number one thing I want a hot shower. It’s ridiculous how nice everything else was but this was a medical condition from my disability and I couldn’t take care of myself.

Neither my phone nor laptop could connect to their internet. I was in town for a conference and had no issues connecting at the conference, just at the hotel. They could not resolve the issue.
