The hotel is a beautifully renovated boutique. The rooms are spacious and modern and very comfortable. The secret to me is the staff who go above and beyond. A big thanks to Manger Joyce and Rosella and Daryna. I have been on the move all over the world for the last month. They made sure I had all my suits pressed and shirts so I could carry on for another few weeks of business travel. The hotel team went above and beyond to help me and make me feel comfortable. My daughter and son in law are doctors at Mass General across the road and it was their first time they came to the hotel. The back yard courtyard is a lovely space to enjoy a drink and the fine cuisine. I liked it so much I have already booked my return to stay. Also a big thanks to Carole who welcomed me when I came in late on Sunday night. Highly recommended from someone who travels a lot all over the world and lives in Switzerland.

The Whitney is the most wonderful hotel in Boston - the location is perfect - located on gorgeous Charles Street and close enough to walk almost any place in Boston - the atmosphere is great - clean and modern - it is just the right size so you get personal attention but you also get privacy - a great escape - can't wait to go back soon!

The Whitney Hotel is the best of Boston! Polite, professional and friendly folks await your arrival--from the front desk, to the cleaning staff (they keep the rooms pristine and sparkling --just perfect, and are so sweet and delightful), to the restaurant (an ideal addition with flavorful food, a hip vibe, and awesome servers). Kamil is so charming and just full of compassion and care, and anticipates your needs. Agnes is lovely, kind and so proficient into tending to everything in the hotel. They both, along with their team, make you feel like a welcomed VIP guest, but also like family. So treat yourself and stay at The Whitney Hotel, and be with the best!

Sooo loud. I maybe had 3 hrs sleep. Sirens from the hospitals are LOUD. Not helpful front of desk staff. Room service ends at 9pm. No amenities that I was informed of. Very overpriced hotel.

Beautiful hotel, in the charming Beacons Hill with everything you need on your doorstep. I arrived a couple of hours earlier than check in, the receptionist helped me figure out a restaurant to grab lunch and as promised, the hotel emailed me as soon as room was ready. I believe I was also upgraded too :) All the staff were SO helpful and nice, from check in, porters to cleaners. My only gripe was that none of the rooms (maybe not suites) have a bath tub or a fridge. I didn't eat in the restaurant, the menu looked a bit bland. Fresh apples and cookies were put out in the hallways and two cartons of water are left in your room per day. Right next door to an amazing ice cream parlour, CVS is also opposite with many other bars and restaurants on your doorstep. I did a 5k run also from the hotel across the bridge and the back round from the next bridge. Very nice stay, would recommend and stay here again for sure. PLEASE GET FRIDGES FOR ROOMS THOUGH :)

Stayed here at the Whitney Hotel in Boston last weekend with a couple friends. Tastefully appointed, cute garden/sitting area, lounge and welcoming front desk. They also leave out cookies, apples and drinks for the guests to enjoy. The best part and reason I will return - how clean ALL areas of the hotel are, including the rooms. I'm overly concerned with regards to cleanliness in public spaces, especially hotels!! But the Whitney is so sparkling clean you could lick the floor, if so inclined. ;)

Amazing!!!!!!!! Staff was so wonderful, hotel was beautiful, food was delicious, and room was luxurious and clean. Location was incredible at the top of Charles Street and felt like the middle of Europe. Highly recommend this hotel!
