First return visit to The Whitney in 2024...if anything it was even better and even more enjoyable than last year...and last year was very good and very special. Booking on line was very easy. Check-in was a delight - we were recognised as returning guests. Our room was as spectacular as it was spotless. the Peregrine bar restaurant is such a great place to relax, eat and drink. And location of hotel is straightforward from Logan and a delightful walk to everywhere that is anywhere in Boston. Special call out to Agnes (the GM) and both Carol and Greg on the reception team who helped us out with everything. We will be back again...

I had the most incredible stay at The Whitney, Boston. It absolutely exceeded my expectations, both in comfort & service. Kamil is a true gentleman & was very attentive to my needs during my stay. The location couldn’t be more perfect, on picturesque Charles Street surrounded with boutique stores, great cafes & incredible architecture. It didn’t feel touristy at all. I can’t wait to return.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have liked a paper room service menu in the room. Trying to order on the TV was glitchy and frustrating. Would have liked tea in the room not just coffee.

The Whitney is my favorite Beacon Hill Hotel for it's cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff (Joyce and her many colleagues). There are attentive touches and the restaurant is first rate. I loved coming back to my room each evening to find soft illumination and classical music playing.

We stopped into the Whitney while on a tour of Beacon Hill, and were treated fabulously by Kamil. He took the time to show us around their courtyard, and tell us about the surrounding area. He treated us like we were the most important guests he had coming in that day. We will be back for a longer visit, in no small part to the pride in their product that is evident in the staff!
