The Envoy Hotel, Autograph Collection

Stayed here over Patriot’s Day weekend for the Boston Marathon. The hotel was very nicely decorated, clean and the staff were generally excellent. Especially Katie with the Food service who helped guests everywhere - in the restaurant, in the rooftop bar and even on our floor for room service.

I love everything about the property!

Enjoyed the Envoy. Rooftop bar was fun even in January. Wish there was valet parking and bag assistance as it was not as to maneuver to be able to check in. There is public parking across the street for $49 a night. The hotel is clean and updated, with very modern decor

Have visited before, but had my first stay. Everything was perfect! Roommates birthday was a success! all staff was super helpful and professional the roof top and igloos were so much fun ! I will forever recommend this place to everyone for a fun night in Boston !

The best feature of this hotel is the room. Modern, clean, cool and amazing view of the harbor and loved the set up of the room. Spacious as well. Staff could be a little more attentive, went to breakfast in the hotel restaurant and waited about 20 mins before leaving due to not being acknowledged. Computer issues held up our check in but front desk did let us know and apologized. Great location, parking garage convenient across the way. Roof top bar was open so we grabbed a drink and took in the view.

We loved our stay here.Loved the decor and the room was perfectly laid out. Breakfast was great and the rooftop bar is always fun.

Stayed from December 31st into January 1st 2024 as the location is great with the rooftop bars and view. Prior to our arrival I contacted the hotel via telephone several times however it would ring and ring and ring some more. After several failed attempts I tried again in the morning afternoon and night time all met with the same response. I tried the restraunt and left voicemails trying to obtain any information about the New Years festivities. Well no one answered so I chatted with marriot the day of my arrival and they stated they could not contact the hotel as well.hhmmmm and offered the explanation that they were busy. So my wife and I went into the hotel not knowing where to park or any festivities taking place the day of. We were able to check in and my wife notified there were no bath robes so I attempted to call the front desk much of the same response nothing no one answered. Given the above I then went to the front desk and requested the bath robes which were not provided in the room and advised they would be up in the room. Well they never showed up. Due to the lack of customer service all the tables were taken on the roof top. Safe to say the customer service is less than even helpful even somewhat. Beautiful hotel but the service is sub par.
