The room is large and comes with free bottled water and snacks, which is a big surprise. The hotel is in a great location. The red and orange lines are nearby, and Macy’s is only a few steps away.

The hotel's location is excellent and travel is very convenient. There are several subway lines within a few minutes' walk. There are many shopping and eating places around. The hotel room is not equipped with a small refrigerator, which is the only dissatisfaction.

The executive double room I booked has a view in the picture, and I also specially checked the details of the facilities to mark the view. But when I entered the room, I was dumbfounded. The room is not only small, but the windows are not big. They are located in the corner. When the curtains are opened, there are countless windows on the left and right walls, extending out like a narrow alley. There is no scenery at all. Every day, no matter day or night You have to close the curtains. The only saving grace of this hotel is that the hygiene is okay.

The Godfrey Hotel Boston is in the middle of all great restaurants, shopping and the T subway line. The staff is beyond accommodating and super friendly. We were given free drink tickets for the first night. Everyone is pleasant and the hotel is clean and you do not have to take anything but a toothbrush. Beds are comfy and the pillows a little flat. Over all this place is worth staying.

We had a lovely stay at The Godfrey. Our room was clean and comfortable, with many thoughtful amenities. We especially appreciated the help of Arbon. He was helpful, efficient and kind, and went above and beyond to help us with our considerable luggage.

Stayed for a night but the location was very good, in the middle of everything. The room was superb, lovely bed, pillows, shower, everything about the room! Also was able to leave the bags after check out so I was able to explore the city a bit more before having to go to the airport and late check out was provided with no questions asked! Would 10 out of 10 times return to this hotel when I go back to the downtown Boston area.

All the staff provided excellent service and were very welcoming. Enjoyed the lobby bar in the evenings!
