Although the hotel room is not big, it is very comfortable. It is only a few steps away from the subway station. Highly recommended.

The hotel has an old-money style and a sense of history. The lobby bar is lively but not noisy. The rooms are large, clean, and conveniently located in the city center. Shopping is convenient. Recommend 👍

I've stayed here twice. The location is great. Shopping and dining around are convenient. The library is also very close. The room size is also large. Bottled water is provided every day. It is highly recommended to choose this hotel when going to Boston

Wonderful location, helpful staff. Our room was lovely and spacious but that is not true of all rooms. Expensive but my favorite hotel in Boston.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lenox Hotel for one night after flying into Boston. The service was impeccable and the doorman, Peter, was always so friendly to our family whenever we came or left. The location is also very central to things like Bolyston Street, Back Bay, Commonwealth Ave., Public Garden, etc.
