it was a pleasure to stay with you. we had wunderful experiance in the nature. We saw the big five, had a lot of wunderful barbecaues and night full of stars. It is a great place to relax and chill... will come again.

Went there for a quick one night stay and to go on safari. Got there and there was no longer a reception area. Was told key was under doormat but there wasn’t a doormat. TV had been removed from Room, no phone but a list of phone extensions, no Wi-Fi as was listed in the hotel description, holes in the walls, dirty bathroom and we couldn’t get in touch with anyone in charge. They had also booked a marathon for the weekend without letting us know that we couldn’t dine in the restaurants or go on safari. The staff in the golf club restaurant were generous to arrange some food for us since we were in the middle of nowhere. Staff working at the restaurant were amazing to us. Reservations and the ownership services I’d give a zero minus. They should not promise one thing and deliver another. We needed wifi for directions and we were told that sorry, no Wi-Fi. Wasn’t even give a discount for all the the promised amenities not being available. Horrible experience. Worst of my entire trip. Will never go back and don’t recommend. Plus, they are trying to sell spaces as a timeshare. Run away people…Run away!

The stay was great, but I suggest that there should be emergency rechargeable lights for conviniency during loadshedding, we stayed in the dark most of the time, especially on Saturday night... We even had to make a booking at Monomotapa hence there was no electricity the whole day on Saturday in your establishment and we just had that there will not be any electricity even during the night, cause there was something wrong. The rooms are excellent, the only problem is the inconvenience during loadshedding

No reception office, no proper check-in and check-out, no where to request for help in case of emergency. One of our rooms flooded from shower drain. Property not well maintained and dirty from outside

Our stay was great, the host provided us with great insight about the the place, suggested and organised activities for us. We went to the game drive, had fun manage to see two if the big five. I hole we will have better luck next time.

I was given a mid week booking as a birthday gift from my Aunt in New Zealand at Seastar Golf & Safari @ Legend . We made arrangements to make sure everything will be in order when we arrive. My Dad is a diabetic which requires special meals. He is an amputee in a wheelchair. We required a unit which is wheel chair friendly with a kitchen to prepare meals. Prior to arrival we were told we will be charged additional for electricity(R400 for 3 nights). Upon arrival there is no formal reception and is done from unit 242...when you get there no one is available. Eventually we made contact with Andrew. When we got to unit 182E we could not believe the state of the building and surrounding units. It looks like it has not been maintained for 20 years. Light posts knocked over or hanging in pieces. Door handles coming off just touching it. The area smelling of monkey urine. It wasn't wheelchair friendly. It had a single double bed when we requested 2 separate beds and then Andrew expected us to pay extra for another unit. When we had comments about the place his remark was "what did we expect for the amount we paid". We did not expect to arrive at a place that looks like a ghost town which is run down. It is an insult. We want a full refund and I will spend the time everyday on booking platforms and social media to shame your so called lodge until we get a refund. I can't believe you expect people to pay for that. It's disgusting. We decided not to stay there and drove back home which is Johannesburg. It cost us an additional R3000 plus in diesel and toll fees just to end up disgusted and disappointed. Your website should be updated to show the true condition of the lodge.

Did not sleep there at all. Left the same night. Our unit did not have warm water. We called Andrew so we had to move to the unit next door. He had an attitude with us because we used the underfloor heating. He said to put it off because we do not pay R5000 for the night but only R900. Will definetely not visiting again.
