They are very enthusiastic to help you apply for phone cards. The phone cards of Guankou 20/30 are less than 10 yuan. It is very worthwhile. In addition, the rooms of Huilan Hotel are also very clean and hygienic. Although they are a little outdated, they are already very good in Laos. The breakfast variety is also very rich. In general, I will still choose Huilan Hotel next time.
