La lampe du bureau ne fonctionnant pas.
L'interrupteur de la salle d'eau/WC qui pend en dehors de son logement.
Mauvais contact concernant le plafonnier de la chambre.
Le sol d'une propreté très douteuse avec des tâches.

Propre,fonctionnel, pdj ok
Pas de possibilité d'accéder en dehors des horaires douverture de la réception, pas de lien antre lhotel et trip.com, numero de téléphone d'assistance inopérant puis reclamation dun complement de facturation à la reception
Donc perte de temps pour attendre la réceptionniste et mecontentement suite à la tentative de facturation complémentaire

Hôtel bien situé à la sortie de l A71 et d où on va facilement au centre de Bourges en voiture. Chambre très fonctionnelle, grand lit confortable. Personnel serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner complet. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Stayed in 4 budget hotels around france for two weeks. This one is the only one that disappointed. Avoid it.
- Receptionist took money twice for the same reservation.
- Only way to ask for refund is to fill out a form in french to ask for the second payment back. Form requires you to write your card details down and leave it with them. Highly unsecure and easy to steal. Reception in normal hotels can handle payback - this one is the exception.
- Spider webs and mice in areas you walk through. Got a spider web on my face in the dark (not lit property).
- Room was very cold. Estimating it to be around 5-10 celsius.
- No sound isolation. Could hear footsteps of other guests outside as if they were in the room (freaky to wake up in the middle of the night to that). Motorway was clearly audible all night.

Hôtel dégradé qui mériterait une bonne rénovation. Une chambre vraiment digne d'un squat.... Juste bien pour une nuit et encore.... Je sais que c'est un hôtel de premier prix mais il y a des limites. Il faudrait peut-être respecter un peu plus le client
