This trip was last second. Everyone was very patient with me and helpful. Everyone was very willing to go the extra mile with me and made my stay amazing! 10/10 recommend and will be returning

Very clean room. A nice little hotel and convenient off the highway. Breakfast could be better, but otherwise a good stay & budget friendly!

We stayed here because we were without power due to a windstorm. We live in a neighboring smaller city. First, I called to see if the hotel had power. It took several calls to get someone to answer. I was checking in, the lady was looking over my id and said, I have to charge you a $50 deposit. When I asked why, she said because you’re local. I live in Scottsville, KY, This hotel is in Bowling Green, KY. So…not local. She said well it’s still close and “everyone” would charge us that. I agreed to pay the $50 and we moved on. My family get in the elevator and it smelled of ****, the halls and room smelled like ****. The room wasn’t horrible, just the smell. The staff are not friendly, the hotel is not the cleanest. There are better accommodations in bowling green, ky.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I expected so much more from a property by Wyndham. I took many photos that I would be happy to share. The lobby entrance was clean although it smelled strange and the staff did fine but there was only one frost desk clerk and he was stuck on the phone and unable to check us in for about 12 minutes. After checking in and receiving directions on how to enter the hotel I was appalled at how the hallways looked and smelled. It was apparent that this hotel was in great disrepair. Broken light fixtures, repairs done improperly so there were different colors of paint everywhere and holes in the walls and carpets, the smell was so horrible the only way I could describe it was a mix of mold, old cigarettes' and trash. Once I finally reached my room, a king suite, the blatant disregard for cleanliness continued. Mold and rot falling out of the shower ceiling, dirt, hair and other debris all over the floors, tile around the jacuzzi tub was molded, furniture was broken, several different colors of paint on the walls, broken sliding glass door to the central outdoor area where the pool was located which was also full of trash and beer cans and the pool clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. Visible dirt on the bottom. There was about 5 different bottles of conditioner, but no shampoo. Last but not least, when I tried to flush the toilet it wouldn't operate properly so I proceeded to remove the top of the toilet to find it was full of trash. I made this room reservation at the last minute and it was nonrefundable otherwise I would have walked straight out. I have spent many years working in hotel and I can't believe how terrible this property was. It should be shut down immediately and the owners should be charged fee's by Wyndham due to their major lack of owner/management as this will leave a terrible impression on anyone who enters this property. I was too concerned to use the shower, the jacuzzi tub I paid extra for, the pool or even partake of the free breakfast as I was afraid on contracting some terrible parasite. These are the major reasons why I booked 3 rooms at this property and to not be able to use any of them was infuriating.

This is the nicest hotel. We spent 2 nights visiting area attractions with our children and grand children. The staff were all very friendly and they went above and beyond to make our special. A special thank you to Brenda the bartender who showered our grand children with kindness! The hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. We really enjoyed the fruited water in the lobby. The indoor pool was a big hit with the kids!

The young lady who checked us in was extremely professional, friendly, efficient, and kind. She maintained her composure even though she was very busy. Our room was immaculate as wea the lobby and kitchen areas. The towels and bedding were top notch. This staff went out of their way to welcome and accommodate their guest.

I’m a Hilton Diamond member and normally try to stay at a Hilton property, typically a Hampton Inn. I selected this Marriott Fairfield for its location. What a pleasant surprise. This property feels brand new and was spotlessly clean. Our room was quiet with no hallway or outside noise. If this is typical for today’s Fairfield Inns, they have left Hampton Inns behind in the dust. I intend to check out a few more at my next opportunity. I highly recommend this hotel.
