Absolutely beautiful decor and so lovely to be in a renovated old-world building. Pool was fabulous and had a rail going down the steps into the pool, which is great for those with mobility issues like mine.
Sadly the spa was not available as it was undergoing maintenance. I'm not sure how easy it would be to get into though but maybe that is being addressed by the maintenance activity. Sauna is a dry sauna and even after 45 minutes I was not sweating. So, it would be good if you could add water to the rocks. It was great that shower/bathrooms were available to use near the pool and gym and they are spacious. Gym was good too.
Room we stayed in was lovely and while not large was an adequate size. Overall this is a lovely place to stay.

My husband and I, together with our son and daughter in law, just had a beautiful stay at the Berida. It was a gift from family for my husband’s 80th birthday and just delightful. Rooms so comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, service was impeccable, lunch in the restaurant extremely good, and we loved the ambiance of the Whisky Room. The weekend of rain didn’t detract from our experience at all; we were so cosy and relaxed. Will certainly revisit.

What another beautiful stay at the Berida. Staff are absolutely amazing. Nothing but compliments for the boutique hotel. Grounds are very picturesque , rooms clean and decorated with warm and comfort. We were again treated to a wonderful stay.

We recently stayed for three nights, and the experience was fantastic. The dining area really stood out, offering a lovely selection of luxurious dishes with meat and seafood. I went for the 400g sirloin steak, which was absolutely incredible, and even the bread entree was special enough for me to order it twice in one day! The customer service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. The whiskey bar is a definite highlight. If you can snag a spot near the fireplace, it’s the perfect spot to wind down with a glass of wine in the evening. I'm grateful for the bar staff there who ensured that the fire was always roaring. Our room was super comfortable and well-heated, and room service kept it spotless every day after we ventured out. The on-site day spa is a must-visit, where my wife and I both got massages. The old-world vibe of the decor, combined with the games room stocked with pool, darts, and chess, provided a welcome escape from our screens. Even when I left my toiletries behind (due to my relaxed state!) the staff were incredibly courteous and quickly helped me retrieve them and arranged for them to be sent back. We're definitely planning to return soon and can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful staff!

Booked a room as a treat for my husband and I as we were going to a concert. On opening the door to the room we noticed it was tiny, shabby and in need of a deep clean, contacted reception and the Manager came to us to ask about our concerns. She also agreed that the room was substandard and would order a deep clean,. We were offered a free breakfast but decided to forfeit our three hundred plus dollars and drive home after the concert. Very disappointing and definitely not value for money. We will not be returning nor recommending.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful hotel. I have had to pleasure of having two dining experiences at the Berida Hotel so far this year and both have been amazing. Very fine food in a lovely setting. The rooms are extremely comfortable, all staff are very accommodating and welcoming. It's a lovely place for a classy stay in gorgeous Bowral.

We were 2 couples and absolutely loved our stay at the Berida Hotel . The grounds are so relaxing, the staff cannot do enough for you. The rooms and amenities are wonderful. The food at the Restaurant is amazing. We would be back in a heartbeat.
