Terrible service. Owner dont want to take any complaints. Simple they dont care. Owner cant even communicate in english. Stayed four days no cleaning, no bed change, no soap, sampoo. Thank you

Beautiful scenery, happy vacation!

The location was close to a function that we needed to attend and it had very easy access. Our room was excellent. We had a marvellous dinner at the hotel restaurant. The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast just before departure. The staff were very pleasant. We had an enjoyable stay.

Arrived an hour early, hoping the room would be available, but it was not which was fine. But, the greeting by the hostess was not welcoming at all. She just said, come back at 2pm. Arrive back at 1:50 and waiting for 2pm for the room to be completed.. it was not ready until 2:15pm. I saw that room door opened when we first arrived an hour early and was basically untouched until 2pm.. not seeing any other guest check in during our time, a bit disappointed at how it was all conducted. Hostess once again, not very polite during the check in process. - plumbing was shocking. Bathroom walls leaking, no joke here. - was that rabbit poo or wallaby poo by the bed, dad? - $30 each for a kids bed when online it said extra $20. My child would have preferred to be by the rabbit/wallaby poo, just saying. - online photos a misleading. You get a whole in the wall with a bed for night which is what we wanted for a one day trip to Melbourne, plus some. Ps. Bring your own pillow for extra comfort.

I came here for the second time. The place is far from Melbourne. But there is a supermarket in the Chinese area nearby. There is a cemetery not far away. The apartment is across the street. I still feel it is easy to get lost when I come here again. Free parking. High cost performance

When you go to the gym or the laundry room, he will come out immediately and not let you use it, or stand by and watch you, which makes you feel uncomfortable. He will argue with whoever uses it and ask how long it will take to finish it. He will lock the door and wait for you. I stayed for two days and saw him quarreling with foreigners. It seems that the facilities are just for show. Except for the handsome Hong Kong man Billy at the front desk, he is very nice, very gentle and responsive. The reputation of the hotel is all due to him.

Then I was given two pieces of paper with directions and asked me to find a room across the street. The room I stayed in was across from the front desk where I checked in. A big road. If I don’t live here, where can I live? I took my child with me, and it took the two of us a full 15 minutes to find it after walking around in circles. When I entered the room, I saw that the facilities were relatively old, especially the curtain opening in one of the rooms was very large. I took a photo and then negotiated with them. I said that such a large curtain opening would make it impossible to rest at dawn tomorrow morning. Can I change a room? Ctrip was more enthusiastic about coordinating this matter, but in the end the hotel disagreed. Can I check out early if I ask? I stayed here tonight and I have two days left before I want to check out, but the hotel doesn't agree either. In the end, I really couldn't rest after staying for two days, so I gave up the room fee for the last day and switched to another hotel. At that time, I also thought that I should go to the local government department in Melbourne to complain, but I didn’t know how to complain? Let’s talk about this room again. Except for the large opening of the curtains, at four or five o’clock in the morning (Melbourne time), the daybreak is relatively early, and then the inside of the room is as bright as the outside, making it impossible to sleep. The dishwasher in the room was also out of order. When I contacted the hotel, the staff pressed the button a few times and nothing happened. Finally, I asked for some pieces of cloth to cover the broken curtains and openings. The staff impatiently brought the cloth, threw it away and left. I spent 1,356 yuan per day (a total of 4,097 yuan, and later Ctrip reimbursed me a total of 400 yuan). It was really depressing to get such service in a foreign country. We strongly advise Chinese people not to be fooled! Don't be fooled!
