Very good hotel. Located opposite the railway station. 500 m to the old town. The mattress and pillows were great. Present from the hotel 2 bottles of mineral water in the room.

Situato proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria e a 10 minuti a piedi da quella dei bus. Le stanze sono molto confortevoli ed il letti molto molto comodi. Gentile e professionale il personale.

Alguns quartos sem canais de TV a funcionar mas não avisam na recepção nem na reserva. Quando se reclama, dizem que vão resolver e nunca resolvem até que o cliente faz o check-out sem o problema resolvido. Enganam os clientes com a descrição das comodidades que não existem desde 2020 (pelo menos pelas criticas no Booking). Ar condicionado não funciona. Fraco isolamento da caixilharia que permite entrada de muito baralho da rua.

Desde da chegada até sairmos, os funcionários da receção foram 5 estrelas. Sempre muito simpáticos, muito prestáveis. Sempre prontos a ajudar. A limpeza do quarto 5 estrelas. Caso volte a braga, será neste hotel que fico. Obrigado pela vossa disponibilidade e simpatia 😀
