Basic Braga by Axis ★★
"Terrible, I booked, tried to cancel, and was never able to get a refund or any part of the stay back. Never again."
Burgus Tribute & Design Hotel ★★★★
"I've struck gold in Braga! This little hotel tucked away in an alley is amazing! ✨ The duplex package I booked was perfect – the room has a warm, retro feel, and the little loft is so relaxing, especially the view out the window! And the breakfast deserves special mention! It's not a mass-produced buffet, but a beautifully prepared meal made to order! The scrambled eggs were so tender they practically melted in my mouth, the toast was perfectly crisp, and even the fruit plating was thoughtfully done 🍳 The attention to detail was evident throughout, and this breakfast truly made my vacation bliss! The surprises in Braga are waking up to a warm and thoughtfully prepared breakfast, and experiencing the vibrant local life right outside your window."
Vila Gale Collection Braga ★★★★
"Great hotel and facilities right in the centre of Braga."
Hotel do Parque ★★★★
"Prefect location to visit Bom Jesus Church . Nice environment & excellent service extended by Front office and F&B staff. Breakfast is good, full of cheeses & tea choices ."
Hotel Moon & Sun Braga ★★★★
"Noisy, room not dark, friendly people"
Holiday Inn BRAGA by IHG ★★★★
"I had to get water myself every day after cleaning the room. They never replenished the coffee maker. They left the cleaning cloths in the room after cleaning. There was still hair on the floor. I was quite disappointed with this stay."
The Lince Braga ★★★★
"A step back in time to the 1970’s the decor is unbelievably dated for example dark brown walls, dark green scratchy carpets, moth eaten curtains. Poor lighting throughout the hotel and insufficient charging sockets and electrical plugs."
Porta 80 House ★★
"Everything was fine. They should provide some water or at least glasses in the rooms."
Mercure Braga Centro Hotel ★★★★
"Can be considered as above the average hotels."

Hotel do Templo
"This hotel was a real disappointment. It is in a stunning location, and behind the old exterior, it is very modern inside. However, the service is appalling. The hotel advertises a bar which was not open and a member of our party wanted to use the spa one day to be told it is closed. Breakfast is also very average, being the same each day and with no toaster. In no way is this 4*. The rooms are well appointed but with poor storage and an open plan bathroom, which lacks privacy. I am told the service issues are due to a lack of staff, which is an issue in Portugal."
Meliá Braga
"All good but not outstanding - parking in front of building convenient"
Hotel Rural Alves - Braga - Casa Alves de Torneiros
Quinta do Burgo - Nature Hotel
"THE MOST WONDERFUL PLACE EVER....... from service to cleanliness, to helpfulness. the best family run hotel we have had the privilege of staying in. The attached wedding venue was out of this world, cannot recommend enough, any photos will not do it justice."
Flag Hotel Braga
"Wonderful Hotel and lovely staff. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was more than enough and everything was perfect. Breakfast was very good. Parking was available all the time. The hotel is close to city centre so it was easy to move around."
Ibis Budget Braga Centro
"Good location, ideal for staying overnight in Braga at a good price"
Ibis Braga Centro
"No parking. Old room with little structure."
Hotel do Elevador
"For those who enjoy excellent traditional Portuguese cuisine with a touch of modernity and flawless classic service, there is no better place to dine in Braga. Still with fabulous views over Braga from a magical place that is Bom Jesus."
Braga Heritage Lofts
"Very good experience. Everything was clean and organized. I highly recommend it!"
B&B HOTEL Braga Lamaçaes
"Okay, everything is fine."
Signature Apartments Os Terceiros
"Overall, we liked the place. It is located in an old restored house in the very center of the city. The breakfast is good - you can take it. The downside for us - we were placed in a room on the second floor with large holes near the windows, we were afraid that a child could fall in there, and we ourselves could stumble and fall in there. In the photo, these holes are not visible behind the curtains, we were not moved to another room, since there were none available. They also saved on the blanket, it was not tucked in - you cover yourself with a sheet and another blanket on top."
Vila Santa Cruz Guest House
"The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from the train and bus stations and right in the historic center. There's no noise from the street at night, so you can sleep well. The room was small but comfortable, with a lovely view of the Igreja de Santa Cruz. The two bathrooms on the landing, one with a toilet and the other with a shower, were spotless and equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries. The single rooms in the attic are quite small, so they may be uncomfortable for very tall and/or heavy people. Finally, those with walking difficulties should note that there is no elevator."
