However, it didn't, which caused some discomfort at night when going to the bathroom because you had to leave the room and ended up making noise. Well, but the place had such a privileged view and was super well located that we ended up enjoying it anyway."

"We stayed for three nights as a family of six and had a fantastic time. The location is ideally situated for the nearby wedding venues but only a short (and cheap) taxi drive away from Braga which is definitely worth exploring. The breakfast is ample and so relaxing sitting either inside or outside. The rooms are lovely - our three all had everything you needed (and more) including balconies. The highlight though has to be the staff and the exceptional customer service. Nothing was too much of a problem and they were always around with a “how can we make things even better for you” approach. Highly recommended."

"Run away from this hotel... the photos of the room presented for booking are a big LIE... room with old, dirty carpets, smelling bad. Terrible service. I paid and didn't use it... I wasn't reimbursed but I preferred my health to staying in this real dump."

"Stayed here for 2 weeks for a work placement program. The place was good for the most part. The rooms did feel a little basic in the sense that for a 2 bed room the bed desk was small and there were very few charging outlets. However, I was pleased with the hotel overall. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep in whenever you were very tired, the rooms were kept clean and everything worked as expected in my experience at least. The walls were a little thin as I could hear the conversations of the occupants below me from the bathroom, but it was only mainly from the one room and didn't bother me that much. The location was right in the centre of the city and perfect for our scenario. The business room was handy for our meeting with lecturers online and for completing the booklet that I needed to do. Staff were friendly and housekeeping service was satisfactory. A good place I would recommend. "

"I initially booked this property because the rooms looked spacious, however, as you can see from other reviews, it's not. "Don't be fooled by the pictures" is a common theme to this place. Right after I booked, I emailed the business to make sure they had an elevator and a place to store our bags. My husband has a bad knee, so we can't climb up multiple flights of stairs. They never got back to me about my questions. My guess is, they didn't want to tell me the bad news and wanted the expiration window to close.. I talked to the manager because it was only a few hours after the cancellation window closed, and it's the staff's fault for not getting back to me.. He was adamant that he didn't want to help at all. I tried to compromise by asking for a credit to his hotel, so maybe a visiting family member could stay there, he said no. Very disappointing."

"Lovely hotel, convenient location in the heart of Braga. Room very comfy (bed slightly in the hard side) but then again preferential. I used gym and spa facility (on the small side again) but does the job. Would highly recommend. Good value for money"
