The room was small, and the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was acceptable, and parking was reasonably priced below the hotel."

"The place has an incredible view, everything was spotless. The only problem was the shared bathroom; in the listing photo, room 06 appeared to be the only one with a private bathroom. However, it didn't, which caused some discomfort at night when going to the bathroom because you had to leave the room and ended up making noise. Well, but the place had such a privileged view and was super well located that we ended up enjoying it anyway."

"The location is in the center of the old town, which is very convenient to go anywhere. Braga Old Town is small and suitable for City Walk. The hotel staff are very nice and willing to help you. If I have the opportunity to come to Braga again, I will choose to stay in this hotel. It is a more satisfactory hotel among the hotels I booked. There is a dessert shop next to the hotel that has Portuguese egg tarts and various desserts, which are delicious."

"Overall a very good hotel, the room was spacious, the shower was good quality and the toilet functioned well. I would however not recommend adding the breakfast buffet and find alternative locations if you have time to get a good breakfast. I was hoping for eggs, but it was just serial, yogurt pastries and juice. The coffee and juice machines however were pretty good. Overall a good location to stay for travelling or business from what I saw. Would recommend staying but not adding on breakfast as that is low quality."

"The room is not in the main building of the castle, but in the annex, so the room has plenty of space. The breakfast is very rich, with omelets that can be cooked on the spot by the service staff. The service at the front desk was average. I guess we arrived late and she was sleepy."

"I really liked the location and the new hotel was very clean. The breakfast included is very rich. I received a double bed, they offered four free drinks in the mini bar, check-in was at 1pm but they let us stay until later. I didn't take my pet and later I discovered that they accepted animals because I saw many customers with animals. Very good, I highly recommend it 😉 The spa and gym was included I loved it and would definitely go back. And the city of Braga is gorgeous😍"

"No heat in the room, used three blankets in the night, cleaning the room was a joke for two weeks same amount of hair from previous visitor was still there. Breakfast same every day , at some point needed to take some water from the kitchen and after that i quit eating from them. Dishes allways dirty. Avoid !!"

"So we had one day in braga, beautiful city with lots to see! Checked in at around 9pm the checkin staff had no greetings whatsoever n the restaurant was closed. Hotel lobby was alright but rooms are all one story down, super low ceiling n cheap looking room and bathroom. More like a 2 star room. Smelled awful. Next day we check out, the director accused us of having three people in the room coz my sis came to get us two from our room (then we left the hotel together) n before anything the Director started yelling at us for payment of €25 for extra person "stay" despite the fact that there is no way a third bed or person could even fit in the room. We explained the situation but he didn't want to listen as he says "I'm the director here if I say it is then it is what it is!" So sure, we ended with a 2 star stay at a "hotel", being yelled at with no "proves" nor explanation by the Director Mr. Inacio (I believe he wanted to show off his authority in front of his staff) and to avoid further upsetting my mom (who wasn't feeling well already) I paid and we left. Told him to send me his "prove" of my sis entering the hotel to pass the night but I still haven't received anything!"
