Booked a condotel room with city and mountain views. Very good service, all staff are friendly. The bathroom is very clean, the room is also clean and very well maintained. The hotel is strategic location, near the city center. thank you El Royal, will be our family hotel recommendation

For this family vacation, I chose a fixed hotel for a place to stay. In addition, there is a fitness center and swimming pool with a jacuzzi that has been very rarely found in other hotels, but unfortunately the laundry facility that started stopping a few weeks ago due to Hotel officer speaking machine maintenance

It's rare to find a hotel with such a large swimming pool. And this is the horison hotel which is located in the city of Bandung. Very unique and rarely found a swimming pool of this size in the hotel area. If you visit here, it is perfect for a short break with your family and staying at this hotel. The parking area is also very wide, so it's not difficult to think of a vehicle at the horison hotel.

a comfortable hotel! because the location is strategic near Asia Africa and Braga, only need to walk about 2-3 minutes to go there without having to think about the traffic around Bandung City on the weekend!

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

Old rooms need reno.. not enough power points.. bedside no PowerPoint to charge phone. Bathroom very old and needs work. Pool has cracked tiles need repairs. Old gym so didn’t use. Internet would often disconnect randomly and annoying. Good location for weekend and night activities. Concierge Mr Sugeng and other concierges were the friendliest and helpful during my time that made me thru the week.

Truly a 5 star experience. You could feel the hospitality of every staff here. They serve with smile and try to engage with the guest a lot. I checked-in in the morning and left my luggage and returning in the evening , greeted by the same Reception that helped with checked-in in the morning. She still remembers me and immediately handing the Room key upon seeing me. Breakfast was marvelous. There was many variety of food from american breakfast to Asian dishes. My favourite drink was the teh tarik and they have many pastry selection. The waitress also very friendly. During my stay, they even remembered my preference. My only suggestion is to improve the quality of cafe selection for room services. My previous order was Hot chocolate. Overall it's a great place to stay and definitely worth coming back.
