The hotel has a swimming pool, spa, gym, sports courts and mini golf. You can enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath free of charge in the spa. Breakfast is very varied: fruit, sweets, dairy products and juices and hot dishes. The rooms are comfortable, good mattress, pillow very low for our taste. The worst thing was that the room was smaller than the photos showed and had a tiny window, so little light came in. You can get to the center by walking but by car it takes a moment and parking is good. The views from the room were not the best, since it did not face the castle side.

The Hotel's facilities are as expected, it's a shame that there is no interior access to the pool and spa area.
Breakfast was good but not surprising (there were no natural juices or homemade products: jams, yogurts, cereals,...nor typical sweets). Good coffee/cappuccino (above average).
Reception staff are very friendly and attentive (they are not at the same level as those at the spa/pool).
Hotel provides free electric bicycles, billiards, mini golf.

Boa experiência, fim-de-semana a repetir. Simpatia da rececionista à chegada,quarto muito bom bastante espaçoso,nivel de limpeza muita boa, staff simpático e eficiente. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade e opções de escolha. Sem dúvida a repetir.

Hotel super acolhedor e tranquilo. tem 3 piscinas com diferentes profundidades. É adequado para crianças. tem spa e ginásio. pequeno almoço muito variado. o staff é muito simpático e prestativo. o hotel não tem restaurante mas tem o bar da piscina com bons snacks, como pizzas e hamburguers

Pelo segunda vez que visito Bragança, em Agosto, e fiquei neste hotel. O hotel não tem janelas com corte térmico o que leva a que os quartos sejam muito quentes, principalmente nos que ficam na parte da frente do edifício, o ar condicionado não dá para regular a temperatura, o que o torna insuficiente. A limpeza é bastante satisfatória à excepção dos individuais do pequeno almoço, com migalhas e nódoas. Quando a ocupação é elevada, deveriam marcar hora para o peq. almoço de forma a evitar o tempo de espera para o mesmo.
