We absolutely loved it! We discovered this hotel while searching for a place to stay in Brasov. Though a bit pricier than the usual local options, we wanted somewhere cool—and it didn't disappoint. The service, rooms, and views from the roof VIP terrace were fantastic, and the breakfast rivaled those we've had in more expensive hotels in Bucharest. The decor, reminiscent of Soho House, and the attentive staff made our stay truly special. This hotel is amazing.

A perfect fall retreat! Three adults, two rooms . Loved Shuster Boarding House and Brazov. Would look no farther for place to stay. Rooms beautiful and clean. Breakfast fabulous. Staff friendly and helpful. Hope we have opportunity to return.

We absolutely loved this place. Beautiful, clean, amazing staff and lovely breakfast. Only a 7 minute walk to the Old Town Square and lovely restaurants all under 15 minutes walk. They only do breakfast and their dining room is small so yo have to choose a breakfast time to avoid overcrowding. It appears well managed. Only negative is that the coffee machine is extremely slow. Maybe have another option for guests just wanting hot water for their tea. Nice touch to welcome us with a glass of fizz. I thoroughly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, just a short walk to the centre. Friendly and helpful staff. (thank you for the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine). Great views from the roof terrace, good choice for breakfast. The room was clean and modern and a good size, with a comfy bed, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful old building but modern inside and beautifully contemporary and tastfully done. Yes the beds are very firm, but also comfortable. Rooms are kitted out to a very high standard. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was great excepting the bad odor coming in room 212 from the AC so … we couldn’t use the AC .

Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze und die Parkplatzsuche in der Umgebung ist wirklich schwierig und teilweise sehr anstrengend. Das Hotel hat ein sehr schönes Design, die Zimmer sind komfortabel. Besonders die Badezimmer sind toll. Alles funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage ist relativ laut. Das Frühstück ist gut, leider nicht sehr gut. Kuchen und Croissants sind Tiefkühlware und nicht frisch vom Bäcker. Die Auswahl wechselt. Obstsalat gab es nur an einem von drei Tagen. Der Frühstücks-Raum ist beengt und Gäste drängeln leicht am engen Buffet. Sind Kinder zu Gast kann es laut und ungemütlich werden. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Die Mitarbeiter sind professionell, bemüht und freundlich. Unser Checkin war kühl und arrogant, mehr Herzlichkeit auf diesem Preisniveau sollte man erwarten können. Trotzdem ein gutes Hotel, das wir mit Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.
