I’ve been there with my mom for a weekend and I break my tooth in the pork scratchings. The restaurant supervisor was nice and apologetic but the head Chef accused me for having bad teeth . He also told me that he’s having some food ingredients that he’s buying them from other providers and he’s not responsible for it. He kept the rest of pork scratching over night in white bowl wrapped in cling film and told me that the scratchings are soft ( after it got softer over night ) .It looks like nobody knows what to do and I’ve been treated like nothing happened. I’m just curious now after what happened with my broken tooth if someone with a bad allergy is coming and something will happen, they will act on the same idea like they did to me ? Never go back to that place

The first problem is to stop at the residence level, no parking, no deposit.... The whole in a very passing street... we park on the footing as we can, blocking the pedestrians, super... recovery of the apartment keys and the keys of the chains for the parking further after depositing baggage in their room. Suite not reserved at the height of our expectations, court view, far from the 70 square meters announced, old man, retake parquet, tired furniture, in fact two rooms with a communicating door. Even not a simple coffee cooker... Breakfast served in another hotel 100m away, not top at all, simple products, first price fruit juice, charcuterie and cheese. Pouco de frutas, no de productos lácteos aparte de un queso blanco escremé, que de la felicidad... un impresion au total d'amateurisme et d'optimisation, se méfient des belles images proposées sur les sites. It is true that it is located in the centre, attention to the road crossing however.

Location is ideal for exploration of the old town and surrounding area, being about 10 minutes walk from the old town centre. The neighbourhood is very quiet although during the day you may get dogs barking quite loudly (not at night). My room was large and airy, well furnished, with a comfortable bed. Room 16 actually would sleep 4, being of mezzanine layout with 2 double beds. My only disappointment was that the TV channel choice did not include a German or English news channel. I am not travelling to watch TV but a daily news check in the morning or evening would be very nice. The offering was mostly in Romanian or other East European languages. The WIFI was reasonably fast once I hooked up with the right rooter, courtesy of the receptionist. I can wholly recommend this hotel.

What a lovely place to stay. This boutique hotel was in such a great location, close to everything in the old town. Just a short walk to some lovely traditional restaurants. The cable car is very close as are all the historic buildings. The hotel is extremely clean and smells divine. Large rooms and great showers. It feels very modern and new with lots of attention to detail. You can control all the lighting and temperature. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and friendly helpful staff. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We were greeted by a guy at the reception. Chillest and kindest receptionist i’ve ever met. We got a double premium, and it was good enough for a couple that was using it as a place to sleep/shower only. Hotel has a lot of relatively new facilities, such as: parking under your balcony, a grill, picnic area, some sort of wooden hot tubs outside, location very close to the center, and these are only some if the things we have used. Breakfast was great imo. It’s a buffet style consisting of fruits/vegetables, sweet/normal bread, eggs, sausages, cheeses, and other stuff, along with coffee/tea/water/juice. Didnt have to deal with the lady everyone is talking avout in the comments, didn’t see her there. Cheers to the receptionist, he was always there to make sure you dont have unanswered questions. Cons: Stayed 3 nights, the only “room service” was a guy that asked if we have any garbage. Towels were not changed (but i didnt bother to ask them about that). Even if the breakfast was good, it was repetitive. Lacks a “do not disturb/room needs cleaning” door sign.
