Tento hotel bol fantasticky. Priatelsky personal, krasne a cista izba,s vyhladom na Stare mesto. Ranajky lepsie ako v Langhame. A k tomu finska a steam sauny zadarmo. Urcite sa vratim.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Innenstadt und Donau sind leicht zu fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und neu renoviert. Das Frühstück war wie schon oft beschrieben sehr gut und reichlich. Wir waren mit den Rädern unterwegs und konnten sie in derr Tiefgarage unterstellen, Akkus kann man am Zimmer aufladen.

when walking in the entrance you automatically feel welcome. The placement of the hotel is ideal for taking in all the sights by foot. the room was nice clean and tidy and the coffee machine a bonus. As hotels go, its a plesant hotel. The thing that I found empressive and stood out to me was the staff, especially the hard working girls in the breakfast room. They deserve a medal!! very attentive and efficient at keeping the breakfast enviroment clean and tidy and paying attention to their clients... Just for these hard working girls the hotel gets full marks from me. often a good hotel is let down by its staff, not here!! well done staff...

Das schwächste Falkensteiner Hotel in dem wir waren…leider trägt es nur den Namen :(
Erst harren wir ein schmutziges Zimmer bekommen ( Haare im Bett und in der Badewanne), der Mülleimer war nicht geleert, beim Frühstück gab es so gut wie kein Service …es haben einfach viele Dinge nicht gepasst…

I Strongly recommend this facility. The Hotel above my expectat in. Especially breakfast was awesome. Personnel are friendly and helpfuly. Special thanks to Jakop recepcionist. Also the Hotel is close oldcity and that we did not need public transport.
Definitely ı Will chose again.

The location of the hotel is ideal for tourists, close to the castle and the old town. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at check-in. The line of guests was very long and it took forever. However, I don't want to blame the staff for this, there were just too few of them, the planning seems to be bad.The rooms are good, not completely without flaws, but okay. On a positive note, there is a well stocked minibar, which doesn't happen very often anymore. The cleaning staff also does a really good job! The service in the bar is ok, but the cocktails are ridiculously small. A small but well-equipped wellness area adds to the comfort. In short, I think the hotel offers good value for money and I would book it again.
