While some staff were pleasant and ready to help, others were rude and unhelpful. Asked for assistance with a light that was permanently on in the room. Was told ‘it will be dark when you close your eyes’. On the last day I was locked out of my room, 2 hours before check- out as I hadn’t yet paid the city tax. I was told at check in, I could pay when I checked out.
Room was basic. Water was luke warm in the shower. Pillow was a thinly spread collection of lumps. Asked for an alternative, it was in a similar condition. Slept using my hoodie as a pillow.
As a gold member I was told I would receive 2 free drinks at the hotel. That was not the case.

It was OK for a 3 Star Hotel. The rooms are clean and tte staff attentive. Coffee should have been included in the morning but guests are charged for it.

Está alejado del centro, en una zona muy tranquila. Hay una parada de bus a 30 mts. El servicio perfecto, no teníamos contratado el desayuno, pero está disponible por 9€. Todo limpio, habitación grande, baño renovado. Ideal para una escapada. El chico que nos recibió hablaba español y el resto en inglés. Muy recomendable.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel during my vacation. All receptionists and staff very pleasant and helpful answering any questions regarding transportation and sights to visit.
Hotel is very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. I will revisit again in the near future.

The hotel is deceiving. Booked accommodation in advance, about a month and a half before arrival. All confirmed, booked through ***********. As a result, a message from the hotel arrives two days before: cancel the reservation with us for technical reasons. I did not cancel the reservation, the hotel canceled it itself, and a day later there were several rooms again on sale. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, they can suddenly leave you without accommodation.
