Perfect stay at the Loft Hotel Bratislava. Staff were extremely welcoming and polite. The room had no faults and the location was superb. Only a short 10-15 minute walk to the old town.

It only takes 10 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is only a 2-minute walk from the Presidential Palace Garden, and it is only a 10-minute walk from the main attractions in the old city. Therefore, you can basically visit the entire sightseeing spot without transportation when staying in this hotel. The decoration of the hotel room is very special, different from other ordinary hotels, I appreciate it very much. Drinks in the minibar are included in the rent and do not need to be paid separately. The hotel's breakfast buffet is great. I would recommend this hotel to travelers visiting this city!

I can see why the Loft Hotel is rated number 1 in Bratislava. Located 3 mins walk from the Presidential Palace, opposite which starts the town centre and of town, this hotel is one of the better ones I have stayed in for a long time. Beautifully appointed, with quality fittings and furnishings, the crisis crispist of Linens, bathrooms equipped with vanity packs, rooms equipped with safe, hair dryer, iron, Nespresso machine, free mini bar, great wifi, comfortable bed, I can happily recommend this hotel. Katerina at reception told us everything we needed to know without even asking. The welcome was warm and genuine. The breakfast was a huge spread and the restaurant is highly rated too. Stay here. You will thank me.

Pros - Great location (10 minute walk to old town) - Excellent beer, drinks & food in "Fabrika" which also has a lovely outdoor seating area - Friendly & helpful staff - Very clean rooms / good toiletries - Well stocked free mini bar and €8 for wine machine (and free pastry snacks!) - great additional touch Cons × Aircon is not powerful enough to cool the rooms down in warm weather (aircon doesn't work if you open the window and then you have some road noise) × Hairdryers need upgrading. The one in our bathroom popped, broke, and started smoking, but the reception staff resolved this immediately and brought up a replacement.

This hotel is a hidden gem. They have thought of everything. Great coffee, great wine, fun food, good beer. You can easily walk to downtown. The staff was wonderful. It was fantastic.
