Popular Bratislava I 4-star Hotels

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is near several of the most famous attractions in Bratislava, Slovakia. It is also a step away from the old town. The hotel lobby is nice, the rooms are small, clean and comfortable. The only thing worth improving is the lack of a bigger one Desk and chairs, it will be inconvenient when you need to work with a computer.

My boyfriend & I stayed here for 2 nights during our inter-railing trip. Upon arrival we were given 2 drink vouchers to enjoy at the bar which was very generous. Furthermore, the staff at reception went above and beyond for us. When we got to the next city as part of our trip I realised I had left something in the hotel which was of sentimental value to me. I emailed the hotel & Maros replied within 24 hours to let me know that they could post my item home that I had left behind. The kindness & willingness of the staff to provide this level of customer service was something I was very grateful for & something that has been somewhat lost to an extent in this modern age. Not only this, the hotel itself is lovely & the rooms are extremely spacious which suited us as we had a lot of luggage. Would definitely recommend a stay here whilst in Bratislava!

Visiting Bratislava for first time. Wedding anniversary so asked if any chance by email of an upgrade. Generously gave us an upgrade to a suite. Mrs T mightily impressed with the room and facilities. Staff all friendly. Breakfast brilliant with lots of choice. Interestingly bread and butter pudding which we think used yesterday croissants and pain a chocs. Absolutely delicious. Had a small issue with the bath tap. Reported and fixed while at breakfast. Fab service. Location very central with bus and tram stops nearby and can walk to old town in 10 mins. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

It's a decent hotel for business trips and is walkable distance (weather permitting) to the business districts. The old town is a short stroll away and the Castle is a 20 min walk. There's also a host of restaurants nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious - modern and clean with most amenities like iron/hair dryer/locker and coffee machines. There is a gym as well but it's limited to one machine and a couple of treadmills - which is reasonable for when travelling. The breakfast was disappointing - no fresh hot beverages ( there is a coffee machine in place) or omelettes and just cereals and bread/pastries if you're a vegetarian. Also, the hotel and location would best suit business travelers and not families with smaller kids given the cobbled streets that are not ideal for buggy pushing. ( And no pool in the hotel)

The front desk service was very good. I also took the initiative to pour a glass of local Slovakian white wine. The iced taste is sweet and refreshing. There are a lot of small biscuits and juices and fruits in the lobby that you can enjoy for free at any time. Two heart-shaped chocolates are placed on the quilt in the room. It is very warm and thoughtful. Breakfast is not bad. Good sanitary conditions and spare parts are the most I have ever seen in Europe. The location is a bit far from the old town, but Bratislava is not too big and can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. In terms of its price, the overall value, the next time you come to Bratislava will book this hotel (.◝ᴗ◜.)

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the old town. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from a park, next to the Presidential Palace of Slovakia. The hotel breakfast is very good and very hearty. The hotel has a room that can sleep three people, one of which is a sofa bed. Parking is available in front of the hotel. Very satisfied, will come to live in the future.

A small hotel in the middle of the capital, Bratislava, our apartment was a hotel apartment with two King bed rooms and a twin bed with a toilet, a living room, a kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, unfortunately, it doesn't work and it's honored to look indoor on the garden, parking lots, close to the centre, and some famous tourist attractions. Having fully renovated the rooms means NOTHING if you don’t think things through. Our experience was bad, but just because the management didn’t clearly make sure that everything was working as it should be in a 120€ a night hotel which offers “executive rooms”. Upon check in, our room was cold and we couldn’t turn on the heating, even though on the istructions provided on how to manage it looked so easy. It wasn’t. At some point someone at reception activated it… but all the way up! The room was SO warm at night we had to call reception at 1AM to ask to solve the issue or be moved in another room, which eventually happened. As compensation we were offered a bottle of prosecco which was given to us… room temperature and upon checkout (two mornings after), when we had to go at the airport! Where were we supposed to drink it??? Anyway, Those newly renovated rooms are ANYTHING but soundproof as unfortunately we could hear voices in the corridor in the morning and from another room next to us. The design of the bathroom/shower is poor as the spash screen is too small and water spills out on the floor. Also there are no wall plugs right by the bed which is also absurd. You need to get out the bed to use one. The breakfast is ok but poor considering the quality this hotel presents itself to be. Therefore, £100/€120 a night for a room feels WAY overpriced (and remember it’s still 20 mins walking from town center). To the readers, I’m not saying “avoid at all costs”… but consider my honest review in your choice.

We were accommodated here with friends, and we were very satisfied, we got a 20% discount to the Antinori bar, which we took advantage of. An ideal place for young people, we had everything nearby. The owner was very helpful, we had booked two apartments and we were very pleased when the owner told us that he can give us two apartments that can be connected.
