Die Lage des Hotels ist toll, der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Sauna und Fittnessbereich sind vollkommen ausreichend. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und das Mobiliar neuwertig. Wir verreisten nicht geschäftlich, sodass wir die Konferenzräume nicht bewerten können

Die Lage ist unverändert gut, aber dem Management sind zur Verbesserung der Umweltbilanz - Ein anderes Wort für Nachhaltigkeit - ein paar Dinge eingefallen, die für den Gast wenig angenehm sind: Der Concierge ist durch eine App ersetzt, die einem viele Dinge verkaufen will - nur keinen Service. Wenn man mehr als eine Nacht verbringt wundert man sich über die Unordnung im Zimmer - Zimmerservice (man verkauft das als Reinigung) gibt es nur jeden zweiten Tag. Abgesehen, dass es keinen Spass macht in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie in ein zerwühltes Bett zu steigen ist auch ein Badezimmer nach einem Tag nicht wirklich ansehnlich. Der elektronische Concierge hilft dann da auch nicht. Nicht mal bei fehlenden Tassen für die Kaffeemaschine. Das Konzept Servicemangel als nachhaltig zu verkaufen reizt sogar zu zwei Sternen. Lediglich der B****rvice sowie die Freundlichkeit des Personals beim Frühstück unterstützen die Bewertung mit 3 Sternen.

Die Lage ist super ,aber die Kosten für parken, sowie die Preise für Frühstück oder an der Bar finde ich für ein Viersterne Hotel total überzogen.
Über ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer hätten wir uns auch gefreut.

Die Lage am Park und der Oker ist wirklich schön. Das Personal war wirklich nett und hat uns auch vor Check-In-Zeit einchecken lassen. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise war sie beschädigt. Damit meine ich Kratzer, Risse und Flecken auf Möbeln und Tapete, was ich bei solch einem Hotel anders erwartet habe. Dagegen allerdings war das Frühstück hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
