"When we stayed here for the first time in September 2008, my husband had the flu and we couldn't really enjoy the beautiful countryside next to the hotel. Now we returned to visit my mother and to attend my high school class reunion which also took place in a room at this hotel (beautiful room) which was downstairs. We had the same suite (257) that we had 7 years ago and everything was perfect again. It's lovely to have two bathrooms and two showers. Quel luxe :)! Also there is an extra door between living room and bed room, so you cannot hear any people in the hallway of the floor. A very peaceful hotel. The only thing we missed was air condition. Even though this was already October, it was still warm in Braunschweig. But other than that no complaints at all. The staff is very helpful and friendly, speaks English flawlessly. Breakfast was delicious like we remembered it from our first stay. If you have an extra day, I can highly recommend to drive less than half a mile towards Kreuzteich pond (just ask at the reception and they'll give you directions). You can walk around the pond and then cross the street and walk around the cloisters Riddagshausen. Ask for Kleiderfellerweg which is not far from the old house with the archway and the cloisters. There's also an area where several old farming houses have been renovated in the early 1970's. Turn into the small lane next to the shoemaker and park your car there. You will see the farm houses right there."

"A super clean, well-maintained, and beautiful room. Very friendly staff. We stayed at this hotel for my wife's birthday and were very pleased. In the afternoon, we received free plates, cups, and good coffee to eat the cake our children had brought. Breakfast the next morning was very good. We didn't lack anything. The hotel is very centrally located. The value for money is excellent. We would gladly return."

"The hotel is a clearly family-run small hotel. Rooms and bathrooms as well as breakfast room are quite small, but everything you need is there. Moreover, breakfast was really delicious and as rich as sustainable. The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city centre. And then you are also in the very nice old town of Brunswick or in the business center/in the pedestrian zone. Artists also have a look at the Jaeschke gallery in the 42 Shoe Road very recommended!"

Belvilla Braunschweig

"There was a wedding in the hotel with very loud music booked without limit in time, i.e. very loud in the room. There were no other rooms for a change so we asked for canceling the booking, the hotel promised to return the money, but no return was done and as i understood, the problem is on trip.com side and payment was made here and hotel requested trip.com to refund me. so overall disappointed with the hotel and with trip.com"

Hotel Aquarius Braunschweig

"We were here today 26.12.25 to eat and it was a single disaster 😖 The building outside and inside has definitely needs to be renovated, and there were so many guests to buffet on the site that there was a waiting time in the slave at the buffet of 45 min (if the food had been good you would have liked to wait ) but the quality of the food was also a disaster 😖 The meat was tough, potatoes half raw and after food the brat apples were raw and not from the oven ☹️ All in all was it The expensive money we paid was not worth and we were not the only one who complained and felt it as a disaster. The only worthwhile mention is the service that has been friendly and has been friendly despite all the efforts 👍 For us it was the last time we visited this location ‼️ Not to recommend further 😖"
