Lodges are all set separately on a quiet road. Fully kitted out for self catering and they put some milk in the fridge for us and some essentials like tea, coffee, salt, pepper all available. Some excellent artwork on the walls done by the owner and our lodge theme was skiing. Dishwasher had everything to enable use, bedroom was very large and great walk in shower. Lounge area had comfortable seating and TV with books, games if needed. Outside patio had chairs with cushions available. 15 mins walk into Braunton where a number of eateries.

We have stayed here once before and it was a fantastic find for us as a couple. It certainly didn’t disappoint a second visit. We stayed in a different lodge (one of three on the site) but it was identical to our last lodge. Clean, modern, and very well equipped. Fab shower too. The setting is so calming, peaceful and quiet, with lovely views across fields. The position is great, close to Braunton Village and Saunton Sands. What’s not to like. We’ll definitely be back.

Lovely accomodation with a lot of thought in the fitout - torch, first aid kit, cockscrew, coffee plunger etc. There are two other lodges but we weren't aware of them at all. A lovely, private sun trap. Great shower and spotlessly clean.

What an absolute Diamond of a place . Peaceful Tranquil and absolute gem of a place . I live in the nearby village but stayed with a friend. If your a couple with no kids or pets , you have too stay here 5 star
