We were upgraded to a better room. It was very big and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet is big and has something delicious for everyone. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

This Boutique hotel is in the heart of the city. From our room we had a beautiful view of Brazzaville. The staff was friendly, very helpful and always at your service. The breakfast is amazing , the food in this hotel is always very tasty ! The rooms are spacious, very clean and well decorated. The band by the pool at night gives this place a vibrant life ! The art in this hotel is to die for ! Thank you for making our stay in Congo a fantastic one. I highly recommend this hotel !

Non-punctual shuttle. Unpleasant staff. Waiting 1h30 to get a dish at the restaurant. Lamp that doesn't work. Key that disconnects every day. No hair dryer and no effort from staff to find solutions.. and so on…

Great location in the city center of Brazzaville - restaurants & bars around - you can go by walk easily ! Delux room are super - lot of space, clean, TV, AC - everything you need. There is a big terrasse with the swimming pool ! It’s really nice to enjoy after a day of visiting - moreover the staff is super nice & helpfull - big thanks to Sami & all the team who make us a super stay ! We will be back for sure :)

Satisfied and will stay there again. Have stayed there 3 times. The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to use your legs when you want to see the city. A bit unlucky with the service in the restaurant at the start, but they recovered well. All the staff were helpful and at the reception there was very good service. The laundry staff (especially a girl) were extremely nice and made sure I had what I needed in the room. The hotel has a nice outdoor area with a pool and dining area, so it was easy to receive visitors. I like a simple breakfast, but cold and hot food is served for breakfast. Nothing to complain about.
