Great value for money. Location is perfect with shopping and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. I enjoyed the 13 nights I spent at the Kempinski Brazzaville. I highly recommend a stay there if you are in Brazza. A shout out to Mr. GOD’sWILL, who was very meticulous and detail-oriented. He made sure my experience was memorable by ensuring that customer care was utmost and consistent. Thanks, GOD’sWILL! I look forward to returning to the Kempinski Brazzaville in the future. "Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience. The property is in clear need of renovation and better upkeep. I had to change rooms upon arrival due to a damaged headboard. While I was moved to an upgraded room, it still showed significant wear, including marked counters and a worn carpet. The towels appeared dingy, which added to the overall impression of poor maintenance. Breakfast was passable but did not stand out. With improvements to maintenance and refurbishment, the hotel could be much better, but in its current condition, it was disappointing."

"* General atmosphere: very bland, not warm *Espace : hôtel très spacieux avec beaucoup de cours vides (Utiles pour les enfants qui ont de l’énergie à dépenser) *Restaurant : international mais propose aussi des plats locaux, j’ai eu le plaisir de goûter un poisson de fleuve local qui s’appelle le « Machoiron ». l’hôtel ne propose pas de buffet, le service est à table à la carte. *Piscine : grande et entretenue , dans un espace isolée pas loin du restaurent. *Chambre : très spacieuse et la literie est propre avec une douche masseuse. *Aeroport : a 8 km de l’aéroport, j’ai du faire le trajet en 10 minutes, la course est à 5000 FCFA sinon l’hôtel propose une navette gratuite, il faut juste la réserver à l’avance. *Salle de Sport : assez bien équipée, j’ai vu pire, il y a de quoi tenir sa routine sportive,"

"I recently spent a day at the hotel as i had a message booked in the late afternoon so i decided to spend the day at the pool in the meantime. The pool are is very nice, calm and clean. The food at the poolside restaurant is very good. They have a nice menu with a variety of sandwiches and international choices. The massage was great. They have expert Indonesian therapists who really know what they are doing. Overall experience was really good!"

"The service is terrible and the hotel is really overpriced at more than US$200/ night. Despite confirming before departure they forgot to pick me up from the airport. When you order a club sandwich with room service it takes an hour to arrive. They charge USD 26 for the sandwich. At Paul, the best bakery in town 10 mins from the hotel, the food is much better and costs a third of the price. All four treadmills at the gym are broken. I don’t know how Radisson corporate doesn’t realize that this location is a liability for their brand. Unfortunately, business travelers in Brazzaville don’t have other options, otherwise the Radisson would go out of business."
