Love this hotel stay here every time we visit london. Rooms are a good size for a family of 4. I visit withHubby and both my 7year old and 4 year old. Excellent leisure facilities! Has a lovely swimming pool which always has a decent temperature alongside a sauna and a gym. Excellent changing rooms but found to be very cold when entering. This hotels has excellent staff working here and this visit was by far the best. I had a lovely warm Top class female named Priti check us out. Priti had very good humour and made us smile she was very helpful and mentioned we still had complimentary welcome drinks left on our room stay which we had before we left. Very professional and excellent communication skills from staff here. Attentive and very helpful never appear to be stressed. Go far and beyond. Keep up the good work. Can’t wait to stay on my next visit which will be in October term.

The aparthotel is located in a beautiful cylindrical tower-type building and has very modern facilities, a room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and screen; It also has a pretty decent gym. It is in a residential area about 25 minutes from the center of London and about 30 minutes from Heathrow airport, making it extremely easy to travel to both points with the blue Piccadilly Circus metro line. The metro station is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel and there are enough supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in the area.

We booked this Holiday Inn at last minute due to a sporting event nearby. We recently stayed in another Holiday Inn which was excellent, so hoped that this would be the same. The on-site parking was also very important. On arrival at 3:30pm after paying for parking we were told at check in that the car parking space was not guaranteed to hotel guests. The hotel holds functions so it can get full in the evening, but not to worry there is a multi story car park a ten minute walk away!! We went to the rugby event not knowing whether we would be able to park at the hotel on our return. Our Executive room was a disappointment. The safe was not working, the wifi slow and inconsistent, the bed base was torn and the room generally needed a freshen up. It did appear clean. The room was not quiet. The room had a coffee machine as well a kettle etc for tea though No teabags. Only one bathrobe etc. Simple basics that were not right which were a disappointment. The reception staff were sympathetic, very helpful and we could sense their frustration that these simple things were not right.

The location is remote, except for a small supermarket, there is basically no business; no disposable toiletries are provided; if the quality of sleep is poor, it is not recommended to stay; there will always be train sound (it seems to end around 12 o'clock, and it starts again at 4 o'clock in the morning); The biggest advantage is the convenient transportation, just opposite the exit of Northfield Station on the Piccadilly Line, and it seems to be 6,7 stops to Heathrow Airport (within 20 minutes); There are about 10 stops to the city (about 30 minutes to King's Cross). In addition, breakfast is an unexpected surprise, 7 pounds, buffet breakfast, beverage coffee, bread, fruit, cakes, etc. are very complete, this breakfast is good value for money, it is recommended to buy when checking in (buy 9 pounds on the spot)

Dear customer services representative from IHG rewards club and Owner of HI Hammersmith, My family and I had the misfortune of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hammersmith in London from 1st September to 2nd September in room number 340. During the checking-in process, I have encountered the most unsatisfactory, rude, and disturbing services in my lifetime that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about. First of all, we arrived at the hotel at 14:50. Upon arrival, the lady who was responsible for checking in, mentioned to me, all guests would have to wait for another 15 minutes before checking in. I was puzzled, and enquired the root cause to the problem, at the same time, trying to come out of an alternative solution (which they should have done this), asking as a diamond member to IHG rewards club, if the hotel can prepare the paperwork, take the credit card information first, and assigning a room can be delayed to a later stage? This is because I had to rush to north London to pick up my son. The reception lady replied very bluntly, without any sympathy, “We cannot do anything and usually your room won’t be ready until 4PM, we already move forward to 3 o’clock.” The room check in time should be 3pm not 4pm, this was stated in the hotel policy and in the booking email. I was not satisfied with her attitude and explanation. I don’t mind she told me the true reason, for example, the hotel is understaffed or they had a group of international tourists a night before who all have late check out. However, covering the true reason, finding an excuse does NOT reflect the expected level of customer services, which damage the integrity of services staffs and brand image. So I began to challenge her explanation, hoping to get a satisfying explanation with controlled and still firm voice. At the point, the duty manager Jas***e came by, instead of trying to calm the customer down, and asking for the reasons to resolve the problem. She behaved very aggressively (holding her head up, with her very arrogant face and body language) and being very judgmental, started to shout to my family (including my 8 year old daughter), in front of many other customers waiting in the lounge, ‘I dislike the way you talked to my colleague’, blaming me to be very arrogant and impolite to her colleague. In a matter of fact, I merely was very firm with my voice and unsatisfied why she said the check in should be 4pm, and refused to do anything to save a few minutes. She said the customer she was dealing with, has a diamond platinum status, if he can wait, why not me. I corrected her, “diamond is the top level of IHG club membership. What I am asking here is if I can check in early, at least fill in the documents and bank details, as I am in a rush.” She pointed out to all customers waiting in the lobby, “You have no privilege than anybody comes earlier than you.” I was not trying to take privilege as I explained before. I stayed here a couple of times but the last time was the last! I booked in and paid in advance then on the day, I checked in and offered my photo ID as I had done previously and it had been accepted before, however on this occasion I was refused check-in as they had now decided only a passport would be acceptable which I didn’t have. The unhelpful staff and then the manager offered no solution and just shrugged and said “nothing we can do”. It should again be noted that my photo ID was acceptable before but not now – it should also be noted that the confirmation email only requested “photo ID” which I provided. No specific ID was asked for. So it seems this hotel makes up the terms and condition s as they go and seemingly change them when they feel like it! The room had been paid for so there was no chance of my running off without paying. After some time I finally resolved this by my husband racing home and emailing a copy of the passport which was grudgingly accepted otherwise my I was looking at nowhere to stay after an early, start at 4 a.m., a very long day then finally the hopeless staff at this place refusing entry to a customer who had paid way in advance causing a lot of stress! The receptionist told me they needed the passport to verify the address – however my address is not in the passport so this is a bit confusing. The manager confirmed this as well as confirming no entry and no help. This is really terrible service as they could have easily verified the address with other documents I had but this was not accepted – my ID clearly showed me as senior management at a local large organisation but the staff were unhelpful and seemed totally disinterested that I would have nowhere to stay – this part of London gets booked quickly hence my booking way in advance so the likelihood of getting a room somewhere else was very remote. It would have been simple to verify me but the staff were more interested in being difficult. So my feeling is the staff had maybe screwed up with another customer and had decided to ad hoc changes to the terms leaving me almost stranded. It could also have been a method of releasing a room for someone else – maybe a friend of the hotel. Who knows but I would be very careful using this place as they seem to have some very dubious and “flexible” terms for staying here and you may get caught out. I will never book here again and as a vice president of a large global organisation that hosts many international clients, I would certainly not recommend this place. It's short sighted of this hotel to be so unhelpful as they will have lost business but their lack of help displays a clear lack of interest in the customer. Please book here if you are happy to risk sleeping on the park bench instead of a hotel room! No doubt the hotel will quote they have to have the passport but given it was not required a few weeks before and is not requested on the booking confirmation then decide for yourself. There was a

Holiday inn-west, easy to accessible through tube n by road. Whenever I travel for business I used to prefer for long stays here. Peacefull stay and quiet environment. Breakfast buffet is very good, healthy food, Amazing staff with excellent customer service, like Ravindra Singh is so helpful, he is an asset for your company. Keep up the good work you guys are doing.

Stayed as part of concert package. Room large and elegant decor, with inter connecting doors to our daughters room. Excellent if limited menu on room service. Staff excellent. Breakfast very good. Would definitely return for maybe a weekend relax. Park connected has excellent walks, very relaxing. Only negative that maybe hotel could have supplied a shuttle bus to concert, as returning from Twickenham was a nightmare. Many guests were in hotel for package, and an extra fee would not have worried guests to pay if it meant an early return to hotel, and more takings at the bar would have been another gain for them.

We stayed for one night only but we wished we stayed for more. This is an excellent hotel location with the tube for Ealing Broadway only 10 mins walk away. There are lots of retail shops and cafes (including Gail’s Bakery) only a short 5/10 walk down one road, so no getting lost. The hotel itself is new and it was nice to stay somewhere a little different to the normal hotels. There is a bonus of there being a car park underground which was £15 for 24 hours which was reasonable and they had electric car charging which was perfect for our journey back getting the car fully charged over night. We had a family room which felt quite big even though there were 2 adults and 2 children. It would have been fine for 4 adults. Beds were comfy and bathroom was lovely. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Breakfast was continental style but there was always someone topping everything back up when needed. We would definitely stay again.
