Amazing small boutique hotel. Sophisticated. Elegant. Hip. Eclectic. Ideally located minutes from City Centre. Offering 4 distinct restaurants, all serving premium quality organic produce, meats, fish, poultry. Decadent indulgences include in-house made gelatos, macaroons, and chocolates. Our beautiful and quiet suite, French & Asian inspired, offered quality linens, towels, and thoughtful amenities. What made our experience so special, however, was the incredible staff. Our sincere gratitude to the front desk staff, Claudia & Sara, and Jay & Giancarlo for your impeccable service at Areadocks North. As much as we loved the hotel, it truly was your staff that made it so memorable. Hoping to return one day soon.

Posto wow. Servizio top. Cura dei dettagli eccellente, dagli spazi comuni sino alle camere. Ristoranti super e colazione abbondante. (Io ho molte intolleranze alimentari e sono state rispettate sia al ristorante che nella colazione con soluzioni idonee e buonissime) Esperienza spa di coppia perfetta. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Very pleasant boutique hotel very close to the Brescia center. Each room is unique, the spa is excellent. Very clean and welcoming. Excellent breakfast, several options for restaurants (loft restaurant, japanese, pizza gourmet), for cocktail time, a pastry shop, a furniture shop.

Struttura particolare, il design fatto hotel, stanze curiose e confortevoli. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte e abbiamo comunque colto l’occasione per rilassarci un po’ nella spa, piccolina ma molto bella. Torneremo per provare anche i ristoranti e la pasticceria!!

Moderno ma accogliente boutique hotel, molto piacevole, con un’occhio per i dettagli e la qualità sia nell’ arredamento che nell’offerta dei servizi e della ristorazione. Ogni stanza è unica, la spa e i trattamenti sono ottimi, tutto è curato nel dettaglio. Offre diverse possibilità di ristoranti, una pasticceria e un negozio di abbigliamento. Tutto all’altezza di un ottimo albergo. Personale gentile ed impeccabile. Consiglio

5 palle per hotel ma rovinate dal rumore proveniente dai locali accanto. Essendo un venerdì sera non so se sia stato un colpo di sfortuna o se sia la norma ma la musica da fuori si sentiva parecchio. Peccato perché l’hotel è curatissimo ed il personale gentilissimo.

I was very surprised by the combination of restaurants, architecture and hotel. Never seen it before. Totaly good !! Everybody was very helpfull and friendly. We had dinner in the loft restaurant and ate pizza in the North Department. Both very very good ! Thanks for this great stay !

Si tratta di un nuovo concept di hotel, in cui al boutique hotel è affiancata una serie di servizi (tra cui un negozio di abbigliamento che purtroppo non ho avuto tempo di visitare e ben quattro ristoranti/bar che offrono proposte gastronomiche molto diverse: personalmente ho cenato splendidamente al ristorante orientale). L'albergo, nuovissimo e pulitissimo, è arredato secondo uno stile di design contemporaneo molto di tendenza, che a me è piaciuto. La colazione si svolge in una bella sala che pare un giardino o una serra, e i prodotti offerti sono di prima qualità. Ovviamente tutto questo ha un costo, ma credo rientri negli standard della città e sicuramente vale la cifra. Tornerò per provare la spa!

Eccezionale davvero. Avevo già capito che saremmo stati bene dalla telefonata per prenotare, Milena è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nelle spiegazioni. All’arrivo le sue colleghe alla reception sono state super accoglienti. Hotel particolarissimo con camere davvero molto ben arredate ed ognuna con la propria personalità. Set di cortesia e fornitura della camera da 5 stelle. La SPA ad uso esclusivo davvero fantastica, pulita e molto attrezzata, moderna e romantica al tempo stesso. Particolare per me molto importante è la cura dell’illuminazione in tutto l’hotel, nelle camere, negli spazi comuni, nella SPA, persino in ascensore. Luci che enfatizzano la cura dei dettagli nell’arredamento. Colazione davvero 🔝 sia per quanto riguarda assortimento e qualità (la torta al limone è sublime) sia per l’ambiente e la gentilezza delle ragazze. Non ultimo abbiamo cenato al ristorante Oriental “all’interno” dell’hotel: giapponese davvero di alto livello. Più informale il brunch della domenica mezzogiorno che comunque merita una visita. Torneremo sicuramente molto presto.
