The small hotel is ideally located both for a stopover during transit from Italy to Germany (or the other way around), and as a starting point for visiting the surrounding area (by car, bike or on foot). The unexpectedly beautiful old town of Brixen can be reached in 10 minutes' walk (without steps or climbing) along the river. Communication with the very friendly and courteous staff was perfect (via e-mail) and that made checking in very easy and possible despite arriving late. We had an apar**ent with a balcony and a beautiful river view (the mountain view was included!)... Not only the apar**ent but also the hotel itself were immaculately clean and seemed to have been freshly renovated. The apar**ent was spacious, very bright and modernly furnished; the kitchen was also very well equipped, nothing was missing. In mid-October the heating was already on, but since it was still quite warm, we only turned it on in the bathroom. We slept wonderfully with the window open, as the street in front of the hotel had little traffic... we only heard the river, but that was wonderful. The private enclosed parking lot was ideal. The entire hotel grounds were very well maintained and beautifully planted. The Brixen Card (allows you to visit many sights in South Tyrol for free) is included in the price. It is one of the few hotels in Brixen where you can "collect or redeem nights" if you book through **********.
