"The hotel is situated above Brixen in the vineyards, offering a beautiful view of the town. Unfortunately, a bus only runs once an hour to and from Brixen, and the last bus departs at 7:15 pm, which is quite early for summer. Walking back to the hotel can be quite strenuous as the path is very steep. Aside from a sauna on the rooftop terrace, there are no recreational activities available. The rooms lack air conditioning and are shaded from the sun by thick curtains. The food is very good, including the breakfast, which is served at a wide variety of options. A glass of Prosecco and some fish would be nice additions. If you can't eat everything, which is usually the case, the leftovers have to be thrown away. This is a shame, as it's no longer acceptable in this day and age, given the need to protect the environment and reduce food waste."

"The property wasn't easy to find, as they put us in the annex. The room was small but clean, the bed was very comfortable, the TV was poorly positioned, and the Wi-Fi was good. The bathroom was very small and awkward to use, as was the bathtub instead of a more user-friendly shower. The parking in front of the property was excellent. The breakfast was truly excellent: complete, varied, plentiful, and of excellent quality!"

Travelling from Australia, we felt genuinely welcomed and couldn’t fault a thing. "The hotel is very clean, with wooden furnishings in the rooms. My bathroom was spacious and equipped with everything you need, and the room also had a balcony with a table and chairs. It was a very hot day, but Mr. Markus, the owner, was very kind in immediately providing me with a fan. The breakfast room, a little dated but spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable, also has a small outdoor area where you can enjoy breakfast surrounded by greenery. There's an excellent selection of sweet and savory items, breads, cakes, and locally made jams, made with fresh ingredients, including the much-appreciated fresh fruit salad. The hotel is well-served by a bus that connects to the city center, with a stop just a few meters away, and the reservation includes the Brixen Card, which gives you free access to public transportation. I had a problem with the receipt (I was in Bressanone for work), but all I had to do was call and Mr. Markus was very kind and resolved the issue immediately."

"I traveled alone, and the location was really good and the service was great :) With the free pass card provided by the hotel, you can go to the Dolomites for free! Since transportation is free, it was nice to be able to stop by a nearby monastery. It might be a little hot in the middle of summer because there is no air conditioning, but I liked it because the daily temperature range is big! Thanks to you, I really enjoyed my trip to Bressanone. I will definitely come back next time."
