Comfortable room. Excellent service. I had a problem with my PC and they really helped me, out of the ordinary, and found a solution. In particular Sandrine at reception and Benoît Houssais, the Director of the hotel. I was very grateful for their kind assistance and great customer care.

Un différent au niveau du prix qui nous avait été donné par l'hôtel et qui n'a pas été respecté Dommage car sinon tout était très convenable et je l'aurais recommandé.

hôtel très calme, bien situé très agréable le petit déjeuner est très copieux le restaurant dédié à l'hôtel est très bon, discret, feutré. les chambres sont spacieuses, au calme, on entend aucun bruit dans les couloirs. repos absolu !

Hôtel bien placé en plein centre ville accueil chaleureux hôtel très confortable. seul bémol le chauffage ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre mais remplacé par le service de réception par un chauffage d'appoint. mais dans l'ensemble c'était bien , je recommande cet établissement aux futurs visiteurs à Brest.

Côté hôtellerie rien à redire mais cote restauration une honte pour ce type d établissement. L équipe est à changé au complet. Mépris hautain irrespectueux. Vraiment une honte je ne reviendrai plus en Bretagne. Merci à vous
