"Asked for secure parking at initial booking - NO REPLY. Wrote a request for secure parking in French - NO REPLY. Telephoned hotel a couple of days before my stay to confirm Secure parking and availability of restaurants on Sunday evening of my stay. Told Secure parking was available and that restaurants a short walk away would be open for meals. Arrived at hotel - Garage door is broken there are NO restaurants a short walk away with food only bars with bawdy drinkers. Felt strongly that I had been misled by Ibis staff. Hotel is dirty photo taken of cursory mopping of toilet floor. Dust accumulated along skirting boards in corridor areas. If this was my first stay in an Ibis hotel I would never stay in another. This hotel is a disgrace to the brand !"

"Very nice stay at this hotel. I reccommand. Very good location in front of the beach and a few steps away from Oceanopolis. Confortable beds and clean bedrooms. Some bedrooms with view on the sea! Breathtaking view! Secure hotel. Good breakfast. Courtesy Nespresso coffee machine in bedrooms. Very good value for money. Free parking nearby. Nice personnel:-) PS: I AM FRENCH AND I WROTE IN ENGLISH SO MORE TRAVELLERS CAN UNDERSTAND MY REVIEW;-)"

"My first visit since the hotel's renovation and expansion, and everything is beautiful! It's all very bright, the breakfast room is lovely, bathed in light from large bay windows. There are two interior gardens, one for the meeting room and a larger one that serves the ground-floor rooms. I had a room upstairs, facing the street, with an unobstructed view of a public garden and, further on, the harbor. The tram runs below, but you can't hear it. Special mention goes to the very friendly and professional staff, and to the location, just steps from the train station and shopping streets, with the tram right outside."

"AVOID THIS PLACE! The manager's business acumen is straight out of the darkest days of commerce. Upon arrival, we had to wait outside in the rain for him to arrive, as he wasn't there. Once we finally got to our room, given its condition, we requested a room change, which he refused. Following this, we requested a refund through the platform, which the manager also refused. We were then subjected to an attempt at intimidation via text message, which I find unacceptable. Furthermore, during our short stay, there was constant coming and going of several people without any consideration. The establishment was noisy and, above all, unsafe; anyone could enter after a certain hour. It's a disaster. This hotel is highly questionable, with constant coming and going and very explicit noise. The owner threatens customers via text message. A truly dreadful establishment."
