Étant client régulier, je me suis retrouvé au rez-de-chaussée côté rue avec les nuisances qui vont avec
Bruit, circulation, klaxon, etc. etc.
J’ai passé une très mauvaise nuit que j’ai signalé d’ailleurs à l’accueil avant de partir

De passage pour une soirée, très bien, c'est ce que j'attendais. Bon rapport qualité /prix, le p'tit sauna /haman le soir après la journée de taf c'est top !

La chambre est grande, jolie, fonctionnelle et avec des rangements. Bonne insonorisation, volets roulants qui permettent d'être dans le noir, bouteille d'eau d'accueil. Bon wifi, grand parking gratuit, bon spa et wifi très bien.
Points négatifs : chauffage insuffisant (mais prêt d'un chauffage d'appoint très efficace), toilettes dans la salle de bain bien trop proche du lavabo et de la douche, pas de frigo, hammam pas assez chaud. Le système d'accès du spa n'est pas pratique (une seule clé à aller chercher à la réception, la ramener une fois la demie heure terminée, pas de vestiaire dans l'espace spa et peignoirs fournis en matière type papier).

L’hôtel est à 6 minutes à pieds d’un arrêt de bus (2a liberté) et à 20 minutes à pieds de l’arrêt octroi en tram.. Petit déjeuner à volonté, le sauna était compris dans le séjour . Le lit est trop dure.

Propreté vraiment négligée !
Peut être un manque de personnel, on sait que c'est parfois difficile.
Réserver une chambre confort lit double et finir avec un studio insalubre, mauvaise odeur, des vêtements sous le lits des précédents voyageurs, de la poussière plus que dans un camion de chantier.
Toutes les chambres ne bénéficient pas de rénovation.
On peut saluer la qualité du dîner le chef apporte un soin et du travail au plat bravo !
Le plus un parking fermé.
L'accueil peut mieux faire.
