+/- 100m to beach, 1 min walk to the Spa, Pubs, Restaurants. everything else is a flat, easy 5 - 10 min walk: the Harbour, Amusement Arcade & Fun Park, Shops etc. + if you walk to the Fun Park you can catch the land train right up to Sewerby Hall & cliffs 👍😎

I've stayed there for 10 years and never had to cross check my booking ever it was automatic with room 4 at the front sadly the premises had to be sold and I was informed previous bookings in the 2024 diary would be honoured, sadly the new owners have not done this, resulting a lot of back and forth plus time to source alternative accommodation for 4 days not 3. After contacting them I was informed that they tried to ring Jan 2024. , I have no record of this and also no messages, advised accordingly therefore my review is for 2nd half of 2023-2024

We stayed at the home and away guest house on Saturday 11th November. Me and my wife had a wonderful stay and Theresa the owner is a wonderful person. From the moment we got there to the moment we left she couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms are very nice and the beds are so comfortable plus tea and coffee making facilities plus a mini fridge as well. If you’re looking for a guest house to stay in Bridlington this is the place to stay. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t stay anywhere else now when we come back to Bridlington. It was ok. Bedroom clean, bathroom mostly ok except for the shower cubicle which I cleaned myself and cleared the blocked plughole, which was leaving you stood in a couple of inches of water. Very noisy at night, people seemed to be moving things outside on the landing? and the top stairs are in need of a good vacuum.

We had a lovely stay, very comfortable, pleasant and reasonably priced. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was ideal, central for town, beach and harbour.The hosts were friendly. We would stay again. Thank you.

All you could want from a Guest House. Clean, friendly owners, comfy bed, peaceful and all the bits and bobs you need. Recommended. Owners Teresa and Howard are new to this business too and after feedback but i really couldn't suggest anything to improve my experience.

First and probably not last visit here, handily placed just off front near the spa. Free on street parking. 1st floor room 1, ample size with comfy bed, decent shower/toilet room. Handy fridge if needed. No food included here so took a few porridge pots and fruit. No takeaways allowed in rooms which is understandable. Room and decor seemed a bit dated, nowt that a lick of paint couldn't sort out but a nice place in the main and would use again.
