"As soon as we entered our room we were met with an awful smell and a damp stained carpet. We asked for another room but were told there was nothing available. A member of staff did look at the room and agreed the smell was bad but said they couldn’t give us a refund as we hadn’t booked directly through them. So it was more or less ‘take it or leave it’, there was no apology or even a food discount offered. Although the room and bed were clean the stay was not comfortable due to the smell, nobody should have been put in that room until it is sorted out. Due to the rudeness of one particular young member of staff we decided not to eat there."

"After booking our golf break and none of our party of nine ever stopping at this hotel before we were a bit apprehensive. After our golf game and arriving we found the accommodation very good and ideal for a group of lads sharing rooms. Everything was clean and towels provided also tea and coffee well stocked.The next morning breakfast was excellent and set us up for the days golfing. This also was followed just the same after the second night. I would recommend this hotel / guest house to any one looking for a well located accommodation in Bridlington."

"We chose the hotel for our 1st wedding anniversary. From the greeting at reception, the friendly service for dinner (and excellent food) too the wonderful breakfast in the morning, we could not have asked for better service. They have even volunteered to post back something we left in the room by accident. 5 star service, fully recommend."

"A lovely stay , very attentive, clean spacious room with en-suite shower room which was beautiful. A lovely inviting room with lots of daylight streaming in and lamps / ceiling lights ours was room 3 upstairs 1st floor. The bed was a little uncomfortable for us but the bedding was lovely cotton & lovely pillows. Breakfast was early 8-9 so you need to set an alarm . Check out is 10, parking roadside with spaces & a Carpark 1 min walk away . We arrived a little earlier but our room was ready 🥰 Very friendly owners . The breakfast was nice but no fresh fruit just tinned . My husband said the cereal wasn’t crispy & had gone stale. Not a lot of the breakfast for a cooked breakfast my hubby said & he didn’t enjoy the sausage . I chose to have a yogurt , porridge which wasn’t very nice & the packet of honey hard dried out in the packet . I asked for one egg scrambled and that’s what I got , so added some toast from the rack to mine . All in all a very pleasant stay thank you x"

"Stayed in room number 2 inland view, no complaints, this is second time was have stayed here, great place to stay situated in the harbour, free parking outside. Breakfast fantastic, staff are wonderful. Paid £120 includes breakfast for 1 night stay on a Saturday. Breakfast is lovely. Would recommend and we will deffo return on our next visit to Brid."
