"‘Helpful Concierge’ LOL( Is that a promotion Phil??) Just home from a great weekend at The Brockton, and would highly recommend!! The place is immaculately clean and tidy, towels and bedding nice and clean and fluffy( not the bedding 😂) and changed on request. All toiletries and hospitality tray good quality products.. basically everything you need in room, including hairdryer👍🏻 They have a well stocked little bar(cans and bottles) all well chilled and at a great price.. it’s open from 7-10 on an evening, but fair’s fair and if no one in hell close… Breakfast was lovely.. excellent quality produce (Phil’s amazing Seagull Eggs😂) and absolutely piping hot and well presented.. Very Nice 😍 Phil and Kate are a lovely couple, they work hard and are very friendly, and it shows with repeat business they get. We thoroughly enjoyed our chats on an evening, Phil is a very likeable and interesting guy with lots of tales to tell 😂😂😂 Parking is on double drive of hotel or directly outside.. We enjoyed our stay there and Will definitely return 👍🏻💯 Thanks for a great weekend x"

I’m normally a terrible sleeper but fell asleep instantly! The breakfast was delicious too! Great place to stay - highly recommended 🙂."

"A lovely stay , very attentive, clean spacious room with en-suite shower room which was beautiful. A lovely inviting room with lots of daylight streaming in and lamps / ceiling lights ours was room 3 upstairs 1st floor. The bed was a little uncomfortable for us but the bedding was lovely cotton & lovely pillows. Breakfast was early 8-9 so you need to set an alarm . Check out is 10, parking roadside with spaces & a Carpark 1 min walk away . We arrived a little earlier but our room was ready 🥰 Very friendly owners . The breakfast was nice but no fresh fruit just tinned . My husband said the cereal wasn’t crispy & had gone stale. Not a lot of the breakfast for a cooked breakfast my hubby said & he didn’t enjoy the sausage . I chose to have a yogurt , porridge which wasn’t very nice & the packet of honey hard dried out in the packet . I asked for one egg scrambled and that’s what I got , so added some toast from the rack to mine . All in all a very pleasant stay thank you x"
