I went to Haddon house to celebrate a friends birthday by having a high tea. It was absolutely delicious and plenty of it and were given boxes to take our leftovers home. I have had a high tea there before which was as good as the most recent one. I would definitely recommend for the quality of the food and superb service.

we spent a lovely three days over the bank holiday weekend at Haddon house, it is a magnificent old style hotel , situated a two minute walk from west bay lovely big fully equipped room and bathroom , the bathroom was looking a little tired in parts but this didn't detract from the overall impression. all the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are fantastic will definitely stay again

Great little place close to the West Bay beaches. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it with the exception of a very gristly rib-eye steak. The room and the bathroom very nice and clean. The bed incredibly soft, probably too soft for someone with a back problem. The town of Bridport a short car ride away.

Stayed over the weekend. A friendly family run hotel with predominantly young, really nice hard working, helpful and cheerful staff. Rooms were good (minor gripe need more pillows) food good, well cooked and presented, and a varied menu, breakfasts encompassed all the usual items and included fried bread (gold star). Easy to get to lots of places especially West Bay (easy walk) and Bridport. Reasonably priced as well so worth exploring as its an ideal base for the Jurassic Coast and Dorset in general if hotels are your thing.

Recently spent a couple of nights at Haddon House Hotel.On arrival we were met with a very warm welcome from Dee. The room which we had was very comfortable with a large whirlpool bath ,which was a nice luxury,my wife likes a bath compared to a shower so this made her happy. Breakfast was cooked to order and the food was of a high standard,presentation was very good. Overall would highly recommend staying at Haddon House. Thankyou for an enjoyable stay.

We stayed in room 2 spacious and comfortable. Asked for extra heater as the windows were very draughty. The restaurant food was excellent both evening meal and a hearty English breakfast. The staff were very good.we would stay again.
