Tucked away in quiet Wood Street, this hotel is an easy walk to all of Bright’s main attractions such as the shops, restaurants, Howitt Park and the river. Good value for money - it’s a bit dated but is clean and has spacious rooms.

Shower recess in desperate need of upgrade ie shower base heavily stained/marked with ? mould along with glass sliding door tracks-yuk!!!
No microwave which was very disappointing and lack of little touches like the odd pair of wine glasses and coffee mugs,dishwashing liquid was like water and no chux/dish cloth provided.
Blockout curtains very old,faded and grubby looking.

There was a dirty tissue left on the floor, we were put in the end room were we had to walk down a dark walkway. And had to put ip with water heaters running continuously.
The shower tiles where broken where you had to stand and we felt unsafe. Worried about cutting our feet
