The Westin Brisbane

The hygiene of this Westin is really average. When the child opened the quilt before going to sleep at night, there were two black dirty marks on it. I called the front desk and waited for a long time to change it. When I washed up and prepared to lie down, I found that the newly changed top sheet smelled of swimming pool disinfectant, which was very strong. But the child had fallen asleep, so I didn't toss and turn, which was equivalent to sleeping in the swimming pool for a night. There is a bathtub, but there is no sewer cover. Although I don't take a bath, what if a guest wants to take a bath? ? There is no body lotion on the washbasin, but there is one in another room. Although I bring my own lotion, this shows that they are poorly managed and have rough service. The location is convenient, but I will not choose this hotel again.

The hotel is very new, the location is good, and it is very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants nearby, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to South Bank Park.

The actual room is different from the picture. The area does not feel large. The swimming pool is ok except that it is too small. Don't worry about the service. Although there are Chinese people at the front desk who can speak Chinese, don't have any expectations about the service. This is the case in Australia.
