This is the third time we have stayed here and we will stay again on our next visit. The room was excellent, the reception staff friendly and the hotel is well located in the Brisbane CBD.

Absolutely disgusting. Dirty and dusty rooms.Dirty carpet,dirty walls,dirty aircons. Dirty cutlery and mattresses that had exposed springs all down onside of each mattress. Dust was so bad it triggered my asthma which had to managed all night

Our room had surpassed our expectations until the air con in our room was faulty. After telling our duty manager Nell of the problem, she was able to assist straight away and moving us to a new room.They were also able to cater to our early morning leave request

Walking distance to both the stadium and Brisbane CBD. I stayed for work and it had everything I needed for a 4 night stay. Would stay again.

The room was good with good view of the river., but the traffic noise wasn't the best. All night we heard the sirens of the emergency services.

Average hotel, just a stone’s throw from Queen Street Mall, rooms are not super big but clean, and no water in the fridge. Nice River view from the windows, though.

Suites have great views especially on Bribane River side. Bed and pillows were great. Nice kitchen. Drinking glasses and cups are small. No beverages in fridge or on counter to purchase. Noiise insulation is fairly good especially when bathroom door is closed.
