Boutique hotel located close to the city under the Storey Bridge. Walk ways nearby along the river plus bars and restaurants on the river make for a great wind down at the end of the day. Friendly and efficient staff upon check in and the rooms are beautifully appointed with modern artwork. Coffee machine in the room and close to Betty’s Burgers for a burger dinner (gluten free burgers too!).

Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Brisbane. Easy walk along the river into Brisbane cbd and also a short walk into James street that has great shops and cafes. City cat right outside which can take you down the river. The hotel is relatively new or been renovated which was great, it was nice to stay in a modern hotel in Brisbane for once. Rooms are large - plenty of space with a sofa. Bathrooms were excellent as was the products. I enjoyed looking at all the photography around the hotel. The pool and pool area is small. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great Location, bed was comfy!
Staff service was average and didn’t feel like 5 star. Didn’t enjoy having to walk through a rooftop bar to get to the pool - odd design.

The Crystalbrook Vincent is a very nice boutique style hotel with lovely furnishings, great design and everything you need right at your doorstep in the form of HSW, the river and its easy walkway to the CBD. However, bear in mind it is directly under the approaches to the Story bridge and while the rooms are double glazed you will hear the odd thump or bang as trucks travel over certain sections of the bridge above. Also while the Nature Wall view rooms appear fantasitc in the photos, if you end up on a lower floor its more like Cliff + ****s view which result in the peaceful ambience represented in the photos.

A visit of extremes. The hotel itself is lovely. Staff were great, rooms are dark and funky. Breakfast however was a train wreck. 30 minute wait for a table, nearly an hour for the food, missed part of the order, and my wife’s burger had a hair in it. Stay at Vincent but I’d give Mews for breakfast a very wide berth. It has the honour of being my worst breakfast experience of all time. At least it was memorable!
