The facilities are old, and the room smells bad when you open the door. You can open the window, but there is a roar outside all day and night. The breakfast buffet only has a few kinds of bread and cold milk coffee, orange juice, meat slices, cheese slices, tomatoes, meat, and beans. I have to ask the waiter to ask for it. You can ask for it multiple times, but the amount at one time is pitifully small. Apart from the location, this hotel is just like that. I will not stay here again.

Don‘t expect too much and don‘t spend your vacation there. I stayed for two nights and that was more than enough.
In short:
Room slightly run-down
Dirty duvet
Breakfast meh
Staff horrible, customer orientation is widely non-existent (except an old lady and a young Asian lady making breakfast). Reception staff doesn‘t even look up when you enter the building. Service training highly recommended.

Dirty, tired and out dated. The apar**ent may have been ok the 1990s but the sofa along with shower head and a few other things, need updating. The sheets are hospital quality like with holes in them. I did not unpack, so as to avoid as much contact with the room as possible. The general manager received a feedback email from me but I have not received a reply. Stay somewhere else.

The checkin was pretty disappointing having to give a credit card even though booked and paid for through a corporate travel agent. Then the breakfast 🤣🤣🤣. Gourmet no less Room is ok but bare of anything I could find - no water etc u less it was hidden

It is a smaller complex, quiet and only 10 stories. Breakfast each morning was very good and excellent staff.
Will be booking again...it just ticks all the boxes. Thank you.
