Excellent location. Spacious room. Very quiet. Nice staff. We'll set out inside apartment.
Disappointed in cleanliness of apartment. A lot of hair in bathroom and on carpets/mats. Bed covering not clean.

The property inside was very nice and very tidy however there was no fans only aircon. The area around and underground carpark smelt like dump. However inside the building the smell wasn’t there. Overall great stay

This is a lovely old building right in the centre of the cbd. The rooms are very generous and the kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the mattress was very cheap and hard so uncomfortable. Also the TV systems were not user friendly, couldn’t work out how to get the internet working with them and no instructions, and one TV stopped working altogether after the first night. Because reception closes at 4, if you come back after work and have a problem there’s no-one to talk to about it. Also, no shower wash, just a couple of tiny bars of soap.

My wife and I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment in September 2023. The apartment was very spacious, very well equiped, very clean, very quiet, and very comfortable … and at a reasonable cost in a fantastic central location! We feel very safe at Macarthur Chambers too…and the staff are polite, efficient and helpful! Security into the building is excellent and internal security is excellent too! It is the 4th time we have stayed at Macarthur Chambers, and we’ll continue to go back there whenever we are in Brisbane. We have previously stayed in one of the spacious 2 bedroom apartments there. We highly recommend Macarthur Chambers as it is excellent in all respects!

Location is very convenient and the room is large with everything we need. However there was a bucket in the lounge underneath a mouldy leak in the ceiling and the bedroom blind fell down during the night which was unpleasant. There is no baggage storage on weekends.

Perfect location right near Queen St Mall. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you could need right in the heart of the city making walking to everything very easy. Just call ahead for parking directions as the carpark entrance is located in a different street to the apartments.
