Good location; close to central station. Staffs are helpful. The room is well equipped.

Place was clean and tidy.

It has good connectivity to the city and the bus stop is right in front. The facilities are a bit old but well maintained. The water pressure is very strong compared to other accommodations.

Good position. Fridge leaked. Holes in cupboards in bathrooms. One bathroom roof not sitting flat. Lifted and flapped when showering.

Had a lovely stay here. Great staff particularly Amy on the front desk. Great facilities as well. Position is paramount so well situated. Loved our stay and will come again.

Comfy bed, walking distance to shops and restaurants, secure parking - for an additional cost. There were some maintenance issues that need to be rectified.

The suit is very big, very clean and well-equipped. Transportation and shopping are very convenient. But the bathroom is relatively small and has no bathtub. The whole suit is very big but there is no bathtub, which seems very contradictory.

The best thing about this hotel is that there are 4 car park lots for visitors who get to park for free (in CBD!) for up to 4 hours. From 5pm onwards, there are many private car parks around which charge AUD$5 for overnight parking for 12 hours. If you time your schedule, you will not have to pay for the AUD$39 per night parking! The hotel is basic, and the corridors were rather narrow, but the two room apartment I stayed in was spacious, and had a lovely view of the city. Beds were firm, and the kitchenette was well equipped. The hotel is a short walk away from eating areas.
