Let me talk about the advantages first: the landscape is very beautiful, you can see the Brisbane River and the night view of the city; the kitchen is well-equipped and clean, and it is very convenient to cook by yourself.
Disadvantages: There is only one elevator, and the elevator cannot be used on the first day of check-in, and it will be repaired in about 50 minutes. Wanted to back a few nights and was rejected.

Perfect location and friendly staff!
The apar**ent was well equipped and generally clean however it smelt heavily of disinfectant and chemicals on arrival, plus the lift area on our floor smelt very badly of trash.

Not recommending it at all. Upon arrival, I was advised that they couldn't find my booking. After spending 20min, I was told that my booking was for the next day. I showed them the receipt for my booking, and then I was told that the issue is with the website I booked the apar**ent. The apar**ent wasn't clean at all, with stains all over the kitchen floor, walls and carpets. They charged me $117 for three nights' car park on my departure. The car park should have been included as per my original booking. However, I was told it is not included.

Beds were absolutely amazing.
Located conviently close to eagle Street pier but access to carpark is standard for the city, is worth a phone call prior to entry
