先説優點：景觀很漂亮，能看到布里斯班河和城市夜景；廚房設施齊全，也很乾凈，自己下廚的話很方便。
缺點：衹有一個電梯，入住第一天早上出門電梯不能用，大概50分鐘左右修好。想退後麪幾晚被拒絕了。

Perfect location and friendly staff!
The apartment was well equipped and generally clean however it smelt heavily of disinfectant and chemicals on arrival, plus the lift area on our floor smelt very badly of trash.

Not recommending it at all. Upon arrival, I was advised that they couldn't find my booking. After spending 20min, I was told that my booking was for the next day. I showed them the receipt for my booking, and then I was told that the issue is with the website I booked the apartment. The apartment wasn't clean at all, with stains all over the kitchen floor, walls and carpets. They charged me $117 for three nights' car park on my departure. The car park should have been included as per my original booking. However, I was told it is not included.

Beds were absolutely amazing.
Located conviently close to eagle Street pier but access to carpark is standard for the city, is worth a phone call prior to entry
