The health of the hotel apartment is pretty good. The surrounding environment is excellent. The river view is excellent. The night view is particularly beautiful. The surrounding area is very convenient. You can reach the pedestrian street within walking distance. Food and shopping are within easy reach.

To me, excellent guest service means showing guests that you're always available to help with any problems and you greet, The experience we have here is they are not willing to accommodate the guest if theres any problems with the booking having a hard times checkin in and explain.

The location was great however the room itself was not clean at all.
There were dirty spillage marks on cupboards in kitchen. The bathroom was not clean either - shower and toilet not clean at all.
There was also not enough cutlery in the drawer.
And I thought for this price the car parking should have been included - as I do book a lot of accommodation and rarely have to pay extra for parking.

The ****** towers is well located on George St for work but also to slip over to South bank or Queens Street in my down time. Beds are great, no construction noise and very little road noise.

Overall, very good. I liked the size of the self-service apartment. The unit does not have the feel of a typical hotel room. You have a kitchen and TV room so you can move around a fair bit, not just stuck in a room.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great view and location so close to the mall and train station. We used the pool and spa and loved both. Very secure. Room was clean and comfortable. The only very minor issue we had was that the city lights shone through the curtains so the room was a bit bright. Would stay again.
