Recommend if you are looking for a clean and quality place to stay and are a budget traveller. This yha has a very high standard compared to others. It is more like a youth hotel with bunk beds rather than a backpackers place. You also meet travellers of all ages, families and youth groups around the place. The rooms are super tidy and serviced daily, spacious luggage lockers that fit a large suitcase (fantastic!) and are light filled with aircon or windows to be opened. The kitchen is very big, nice rooftop terrace with city views and pool area. Tv lounge and soon it’s own co working hub which I think is a great addition to the concept. Free luggage storage for guests and friendly and helpful staff.

Everything is good except my credit card is incorrectly charged amount of 37 aus dollar 10miniutes after checking out so I have to walk back to the hotel to talk to the reception. He told me that it is an error from the system which make me feel upset as if I didnt get the message from my credit card or just didnt pay attention to the message right away I will be chraged from the hotel for no reasons....so now i have to check again with my bank when i go back home to make sure that this amount wont be charged to my card which quite wasting my time.

Quick overnight stay. Close to everything we needed. Neat and tidy. Amazing customer service. Great breakfast with real coffee! A huge thank you to housekeeping for finding my jewellery box and handing it in to reception. Your honesty and integrity mean the absolute world to me. Well done 👏

Overall was great except the AC wasn’t that good during our night but we were too tired to change the room and the technician had knocked off.

A wonderful time at the Hilton Brisbane..,our yearly couples (5 families) Christmas getaway was a wonderful experience! Staff was extremely welcoming and always very helpful! Our room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the King George Square Christmas tree! Thank you to all!

The room decoration is generally average, not like a five-star hotel, but a bit like a newly opened express hotel in China. The so-called river view rooms only see a little bit diagonally. The elevator is also inconvenient. You have to swipe your card to get to your own floor. The reservation of two rooms by a travel companion was ignored even if they were arranged on the first floor. They are on different floors several floors apart. It is very inconvenient to go through the door. The only advantage is that the hotel's location is relatively central. It's in a pedestrian street, so it's quite lively even if you come back late at night, and it's relatively safe. The breakfast room has the same variety every day.

Location is perfect but always need to queue up at counters for anything or inquiry. They need to improve their way of queuing say to set up lines to let Customers queue properly.

Love the rooms, staff is superb and is easily the best hotel in Brisbane in my humble opinion

Awful, there isn’t any other way to describe it. Do not stay here, everything is completely run down. No maintenance at all the place hasn’t ever seen a paint brush. Checked in then checked out within 10 mins, made sure I got a refund, the managed (presume) I dealt with -completely understood and couldn’t give me my money back any quicker. On arrival I could see the kitchen was filthy and small, upon walking to my room I was confronted with a man that had thrown up in his top and was holding it in his T-shirt while walking down the stairs. (15:20) Arrived to my ‘box room’ it was a complete state, curtains are stained and don’t cover the windows, the ceiling fan was clinking and clanging and on the verge of coming off. Aircon was non existent, also extremely loud. I can safely say I didn’t bother even entering the showers or toilet faculties- I think that was for the best. Just another hostel that doesn’t care about it’s clients literally just offering a bed to stay for a night and taking your money. Hostel selina , 200 meters round the corner isn't even comparable to this place so don’t waste your money on summer house and go hostel selina. We stayed 4 nights in a 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms appartment PRO: - great location, we walked everywhere (restaurants, shops, museums, train station) - pretty and stylish decoration - very well insulated - a washing machine (clean!) and a dryer - very confortable beds - a small but nice gym - a pool (we didn't try it) - very nice staff But unfortunately a few disappointments, the devil is in the details especially when you pay a reasonable high amount of money per night: - the dishwasher was a bit useless, nothing was dry. - the faucets (kitchen and bathrooms) are so short that it is impossible not to put water everywhere especially when you rinse something. - the kitchen's bin was ridiculously small (and it's not a place to cook, but good enough for breakfast and an easy/quick dinner) - mould in the bathrooms and dirt on the vents - big stains on the quilts
