I made the mistake of booking a small single room, which was tiny and very noisy because of the stairs. Fortunately I was able to move to a loft apar**ent which was completely satisfactory in every way.

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in de 'wine cellar' kamer. Netjes, schoon. Fijn bed. Badkamer fijn. Op de afbeelding stond een keukentje maar dit was niet het geval. Handdoeken en toiletpapier aanwezig. Hadden aangegeven van te voren dat we gebruik wilden maken van de late checkout om 12 uur maar dit was niet goed doorgegeven aan de schoonmaak. Was voor hun uiteindelijk geen probleem. Locatie top, geen overlast van lawaai. Dus wij hebben het naar onze zin gehad.

Facilities not what was stated, no terrace in property despite being listed on listing and specifically "highlighted" as something that previous guests had enjoyed. This is a flagrant and intentional attempt to get bookings and has been manually highlighted by property owner so there is no question of being a simple mistake. I found other instances of this listing online falsely advertising non existent facilities. Communication with property owner abysmal, was given the opportunity to suggest a resolution but completely ignored message or opportunity to do so.

Absolutely horrendous. How can you have a room without a fan with no air con. Two of the worst night's sleep of my life. Completely unacceptable in this weather. It was warmer in the room than outside. I tried opening the window, closing it. Nothing worked. It was like sleeping in a very expensive furnace. Seriously disappointed and would only recommend to those who are willing to spend two months acclimatising to heat in a country close to the equator. Otherwise, avoid this like you'd avoid falling off a cliff into shark infested waters

We had an absolutely wonderful time. We arrived early, much before check in and asked if we could check our bags in, we were told we couldn’t but then we were quickly called back and upgraded to a business room which was absolutely lovely. We had everything we needed and the entire flat was amazingly clean. Location was absolutely perfect. The only criticism we would have would be to maybe include more toilet roll, and be aware that if you’re in the lower floor then there isn’t any signal, however there is free wifi. Other than that we had an incredible stay and look forward to coming again!

The room was lovely - really well equipped and clean. The bed was super comfy and we really enjoyed our stay.
The staff were incredibly helpful - both those that cleaned the room and those that helped with our booking arrangements.
We will definitely book again and highly recommend.

Clean & comfortable. The room was rather small, advertised as a twin bed but it was a single. Otherwise it was great!
