Majestic Hotels Bristol ★★★★
"Excellent hotel in a very central location. The staff's service was unbeatable. Even the waiter played a few pieces on the piano for us. Impressive! Definitely want to come back."
Avon Gorge by Hotel du Vin ★★★★
"A good choice for business trips"
Radisson Blu Hotel, Bristol ★★★★
"Location is good. The place has lighting which makes it feel like it is an old run down hotel. Service was okay. I asked for ice and was told to go to ground floor. Don’t expect this from Radisson hotel chain. Carpets feel old. Lighting needs a bit of work to make it modern."
Holiday Inn BRISTOL CITY CENTRE by IHG ★★★★
"Arrived about 10pm due to a delayed flight. The young man on reception was courteous and polite. After hearing my tale of woe about my day, he immediately upgraded my room, something which I thoroughly appreciated. My stay was relatively short, but in the ten hours I spent there, all staff were polite, efficient and approachable. I'm a fairly hardy solo traveller, so speaking for myself, the location was fine, a five minutes walk from Bristol Bus Station. All in all, a pleasant stay, no complaints."
Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel ★★★★
"Very nice and luxury atmosphere"
The Bristol Hotel ★★★★
"Beautiful hotel, nice ambience, great breakfast, my room was very small but very clean and cosy and comfortable."
The Washington ★★
"The hotel is showing its age and badly in need of a refit. The hotel room was as clean as it could be considering the age of the fittings and furniture but the floor boards were loose and a sloping floor meant sleeping with my legs higher than my head. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was well cooked but the helpings were very small. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a smaller sausage! All in all expensive considering what’s on offer."
Hampton by Hilton Bristol City Centre ★★★
"This hotel is really great. The rooms are clean, and the staff are very polite and prompt. The room was exceptionally clean, and the surrounding transportation is quite convenient. I highly recommend it."
Clifton Hotel ★★★
"Perfect. Very clean, quiet. Just a fire alarm trial (or a false alarm?) at 8.30 am on a Sunday. Except for that very good value for money."

Brooks Guesthouse Bristol
"The hotel was very convenient and had nice staff. The breakfast was also lovely. The caravan was a fun experience but wouldn’t do again. The temperature control is difficult - either boiling or ice cold - also gets all the noise at night."
Travelodge Bristol Central Mitchell Lane
"Very good location and super friendly staff. Aleka is a lovely lady in the reception thank you"
Hilton Garden Inn Bristol City Centre
"Breakfast was great, really good! The room was quite small, but the bed, pillows, and duvet were all of excellent quality and very comfortable. The soundproofing between rooms was good, but the soundproofing with the hallway was a bit disappointing."
Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (Lewins Mead)
"Enjoy the stay and excellent location. Easy to access anywhere in center of Bristol."
Holiday Inn BRISTOL - FILTON by IHG
"Hotel was ideally located for our weekend trip, and was very welcoming with a fast check in process. Parking was only £5 for a 24hour period so great value for money compared to other hotels. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout. Bathroom was immaculate and nicely decorated and came with Dove handwash and shampoo/shower accessories which was a lovely touch. Although there wasn't a fridge, we had a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities along with ironing board, hairdryer, extra pillows and a large TV with Netflix. Slept wonderfully...very peaceful and great black out curtains. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice of hot and cold products...plenty of choice and food was hot! Lady who greeted us in restaurant was extremely helpful and asked about allergies. My friend has a nut allergy, so the member of staff proceeded to explain about which products to avoid. This was extremely helpful and essential. This put my friend at ease immediately. The bar are and restaurant again were exceptionally clean and tidy. Decor and seating in bar area was very tasteful and comfortable. Our checkout process was very quick and easy. Over all a very welcoming and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly to others Thank you for a lovely stay 🙂"
Future Inn Bristol
"Excellent location and value for money. Game changer is free parking up to 1pm on day of departure in multi storey car park next to hotel"
Victoria Square Hotel Clifton Village
"We stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned. There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive. Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again."
Premier Inn Bristol City Centre King St
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic stay at Premier Inn King Street, Bristol I had a really enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn on King Street. The location is absolutely superb — right in the heart of Bristol, with everything I needed just a short walk away. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel still felt calm and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the excellent and attentive staff. Both the front desk team and the housekeeping staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely keen to make sure everything was right. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and every request was handled with a smile. They are a real credit to the hotel. My room (216) was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and overall a great place to relax. I did have a couple of small issues — the Premier Inn extras like bottled water and coffee pods were often missing, so I had to ask for them each day. However, every time I asked, the staff sorted it immediately and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The only real downside was that the shower in room 216 leaked, which meant the bathroom floor ended up flooded daily. Again, the team did everything they could to help, but it’s something that probably needs a maintenance check. Even with those minor issues, the combination of the brilliant staff, great room, and unbeatable location made this a really positive stay. I’d happily return — and the team deserve full praise for how well they look after guests."
Mercure Bristol North the Grange Hotel
"A safe and minibar would be useful. Part of the window in room 501 didn't close properly. The breakfast was excellent, and the free parking was perfect."
Hotel du Vin Bristol
"The hotel is in a great location and all the staff were great. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant, bar and selection of wine was wonderful. I will definitely be back. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in."
Travelodge Bristol Abbey Wood
"We arrived to the hotel late at night, check in was quick and simple, had a good nights sleep then a great breakfast in the morning. Rooms are basic and missing some necessary storage or shelving."

"great with a child less then 1 year old"
DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North
"Clean rooms and bathrooms. Good linen and wash liquids supplies. Spacious, adaptable bedding."
DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol City Centre
"Excellent location! It's less than a 10-minute walk from the train station and right next to the Redcliffe Temple, making sightseeing super convenient. Getting to the city center or taking a river tour is also very easy on foot. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious."
Village Hotel Bristol Filton
"Overall a good experience. Clean room and facilities. Free parking on weekend which is a bonus."
Harbour Hotel & Spa Bristol
"Absolutely amazing and staff was superb, unfortunately we couldn’t use spa as we didn’t pre book , would 100% recommend."
